I guess she just had bad luck.
Once future employers search for their names this picture will turn up. It's not exactly life ruining but they don't have a chance at getting a decent job anymore.

If people see these pictures and don't want to hire these people, then this ruining of their life by not hiring them is the appropriate reaction that everyone feels they deserve. If you want to hire them, go for it.

Rarely does "direct" racism manifest itself in public (non-anonymous) venues anymore.
People don't go around saying "I hate black people" on Facebook.
But casually posting racist material on Facebook or Instagram as if it's somehow acceptable or okay perpetuates racist attitudes and contributes to minority oppression.
It's this nonsense that keeps racism alive, and it's absolutely infuriating.
People need to know there are consequences for being racist fucks. If they surround themselves with only others like them, it's easy for them to forget the majority of the world isn't down with that shit

I can't imagine this would be okay at any Halloween party that isn't exclusively full of racists or those humourless people that think the only way to attain a laugh is by being "edgy". It's not something that offends liberal sensitivities, it's the fact that halloween (for adults, at least) is a time to go out and have fun, get drunk and not think about idiocy like this. Somebody, somewhere is going to be offended by this and it's not just because of black face - it's the glorification of gun violence as a cheeky little halloween joke, the glorification of inane laws which allow you to shoot somebody in self defence and, ultimately, it serves no purpose but to be the edgiest person in the room.
Racists deserve no sympathy.

As horrible and tasteless as those costumes are (like when people were doing dead Steve Erwin, doing these "dead people" costumes because they are topical at the time is pretty inconsiderate), I feel a bit uncomfortable with random internet people stalking her and calling her employer... It's not their place to do that.
Yeah, I can't believe there is people there celebrating to a costume the murder of a young innocent kid.
