So I live in a European non-Google Play country, is there any sites or people that specialize in importing from a supported country such as UK or Germany who will ship to other parts of Europe?

Do we really expect this to just pop up on the play store with no prior word? Even the N4 had something more official than this... and it was a complete disaster.

Sorry, no. In Italy had the same problem for N4 luckly now we've got Google Devices part too

I'll be passing on this since my N4 is still beasting (hopefully still with kitkat) and wait for the N6. I will however enjoy watching the Google store crash from afar and be thankful I don't have to deal with that launch mess. Google never learn. ALLOW PEOPLE TO PRE-ORDER YOU FUCKING DICKS! A giant free for all helps no one.

Well, I'm not going to sit around all day waiting for it to come out. If I miss it, I miss it. Eventually I'll get one. It would be nice if Google had pre-orders or more organized releases.

As far as getting it tomorrow? No, no difference. 2-day will definitely get it to you faster than ground though. Probably Monday/Tuesday.

I'm pretty sure almost every other retailer were marked up at least £100 more than the play store for the Nexus 4. A quick Google search seems to suggest that Carphone Warehouse were selling the Nexus 4 at £390 compared to Google's £280, I wouldn't be surprised if it was a similar situation this time around too.

Exactly. The only difference is that after you preorder it, you have to wait another week (or more) before it ships.
