No, that would be iOS 7 ("Glass"/"Frosted Glass.")

This is just straight transparency. It's classier and less skeuomorphic.

Apple overdoes the frosted glass. It really only works when you have wallpaper as the background anyway. Otherwise it's just a mess of random blurred blobs of color.

Any Google Now-big feature you're waiting/hoping for?

Maybe something to implement it into the lock screen (or even a widget). I like the concept, but since I pretty much only use it to check times for two sports team, I forget to peruse it most days.

My commute to work is 8-10 minutes and it's awesome with flights but I barely fly nowadays either. Also never been a calendar person because I'm boring.

I just want it to do more stuff. It'd be nice to have "OK Google" get closer to the level of natural language responses that Siri does. As of now the number of phrases are kinda limited, I find myself trying to go find out what it can do and learning those things. More cards would be neat too, WOW ME!

Just cross-posting from the Android thread because I'm curious:

So, did anyone guess Halloween as the KitKat and Nexus 5 announce date? It makes perfect sense when you think about it, plus it's a genius marketing move when you consider Halloween is probably the single most day for candy sales.

There already is a Google Now widget, which you can put on your lock screen, if you wish.

Well having it working like the Moto X is pretty much what you're asking for.
I'd love for it to be able to toggle WiFi, BT, data and so on with voice like Siri.

"Ok Google switch to LTE"
"Ok Google turn Bluetooth off"

That'd be pretty handy

Chrome being as decent as AOSP browser

And this. So much.

Lol i'm going through a play store shipping thread for tje new N7 and one of the people placed an order on July 26 with 2 day shipping and didn't get it until August 15. Smh

I still can't believe they won't have a press conference for KitKat.

They had one for a 0.01 update

Huh, I never knew that. Is there a way to have multiple widgets on one screen? I'd like my Google Now and clock on the same page really.
Nope. Not in 4.3 anyway.

Yeah it's really strange and unprecedented. Well, I guess 4.2 didn't have an event because of the hurricane but there was an event planned.

Until the next release date.
