It's so weird how there are different languages. Like...she's just talking away a thousand miles a minute and I just can't understand a single word. I wonder why that is. I feel like it would be easier if we could just come up with one language so I can understand everything.

She's got some teeth.

Had to turn the audio off. Then I stared at her snaggle tooth. I have no idea what I just watched.

Only GAF. Anyway, has anybody pre-ordered an import, yet?

I want one, but Amiami is the only site I've seen charging retail that actually ships to America and they stopped taking pre-orders. Play-Asia and YesAsia are both charging $50-60 more, I'm not that desperate.

Good video, but she was a little too happy at times. I like how she says "Playstation Vita".

Maybe we can like, call the universal language "Language".

But what about the account system (ヽ´ω`)...

The device activation limit or the need to have separate memory cards for different accounts?

I remember something mentioned about increasing the activation limit but seems like the one account per card thing is there to stay.

Ugh, please no. I have an awful gut feeling this might be region locked? Has it actually be confirmed not to be? I mean they're already blocking out some games on account of touch panel usage so it wouldn't surprise me if other region games aren't "enabled" by default.

The PS4 mirroring makes it worth the price alone if you've got another TV in the house you want to play the PS4 on. Hope they bring it to the states.

Exactly. I'd keep the PS4 in my room but mirror it out to the living room tv, assuming the lag wasn't bad.

YesAsia looks to give you free international shipping so the price isn't that much higher. I'm debating picking one up but am going to look around to see if I can find it anywhere cheaper. Might also see the price drop after it comes out on some of the import sites.

By that logic, the regular Vita should be region locked so, probably no? You will need a card for every account you have though, regardless of region and most likely will need to reformat the Vita TV. I don't know if this is any different but I'm assuming all of that will remain the same across the handheld and top box.

did not understand a thing but I still watched it...all of it.

something about the enthusiasm of the girl just shines through, not to mention she's cute >_>

oh and that new tidbit of Knack gameplay was cool to see.

I think it's time to get some rest.

Like to see how well received this is. Has the potential to be a real shot in the arm for the Vita.

Nope. Not region locked. Let those fears go away.
Damn it Sony, just give me a (tentative) Western release date...I really want this.
I'll do it for you. Don't expect anything until CES. If this is the going to be the general consumer electronic device I think it's going to be it'll debut there.

Some people say the Vita on TV capabilities make it worth the price. Some people would just love a Sony Set Top Box. Some people say Remote Play makes it worth it too. All 3 of these combined is $100 well spent. I'm getting one for both of my little sisters. It'll be their first consoles. And they'll like it.
Would waifu that girl
Kincaido
Got 99 problems and only one of them is a waifu

Yes. She's pretty cute.

At one point I thought the person was playing a movie on the PS4, and then Remote Playing a game over to the other TV. How absolutely goddamn insane would that be!! It would be a Killer Feature. Other person using Netflix? PLAY A GAME ON YOUR VITA WHILE THEY'RE DOING IT. Maybe a second model with a 2nd HDMI out. Let me dream... Please?

Oh it's a nice complete package, don't get me wrong. For my own personal use - the mirroring is the big selling point. Having that "portability" for the PS4 is just an excellent value add for the price (assuming the lag is minimal as mentioned).

We shouldn't have built so high.

Actually diversity of languages is a good thing. It leads to a diversity of thought which is generally good for our long term survivability as a species

Vita TV so good.

Hopefully they patch PSO2 to make it compatible as Falcom did with Ys Celceta.

P.S Vita girl is cute.

And she wasn't talking all that fast.

Don't even need to check my calendar to tell if it's the weekend, anymore, with posts like these.

When it was announced, I sort of expected to be able to play through Vita TV on the big screen, using the Vita as a controller as well. Plenty of people would own a portable Vita device along with a Vita TV-- and it would allow me to play games that require touch controls on the big screen. Seems like a better solution than having a blacklist of games.

I'm going to Japan in the next month, right when the Vita TV is coming out. Wonder if I can snag one from stores when I'm there.

Hehe, I used to think that before I learned the language. She's actually speaking slowly and enunciating much more than the language normally is :O
