Good friend!
Atlus keeps doing stuff like porting DS games to the 3DS, so I doubt they'd have any second thoughts making another version of P3.I wonder if it's even worth it for Atlus to do at this point. I mean they have the P3 movie coming out so maybe they could get some more sales releasing a new version. But they've done three already.
Yeah, P3FES >>>>>>>>>>> P3P, in my honest opinion. The latter has better gameplay refinement, true... but in everything else P3FES is just superior overall.
Oh, and it seems I missed your birthday! Happy birthday, O the toppler of corrosivefrost from being the top poster of VitaGAF, hahaha.
fine, no more purse owner bickering.
what are yall playing tonight? I'm doing another run through of type-0
It would have been better too if they include cut scenes of the FeMC and other neat stuff. I really like exploring with a body and not just a dot. It was what put me of P3P. I mean I know it makes exploration on the towns and building up social links much faster but I want to FEEL like I'm in the town. I want those awesome coincidental meetings and bike bumpings.
Thanks!
It seems corrosive was the top poster until august at least. This thread needs change. Change is good. I am that change! Vote me!

Most probably playing Dragon's Dogma or Shadow of the Colossus or Persona 3 FES in my PS3.
Honestly, I've been kind of abandoning my Vita lately... I feel kind of bad about it... but then I remember EDF and Growlanser and I get mad again.
Me too... Then I remember I own Hatsune Miku on the Vita and have yet to complete Dragon's Crown.Honestly, I've been kind of abandoning my Vita lately... I feel kind of bad about it... but then I remember EDF and Growlanser and I get mad again.
Oh you have Dragon's Dogma too? Let's play online together one of these days (can you even do that?)
Yeah sadly my Vita is gonna be neglected too soon with the release of Senran 3DS and Lightning Returns this month.
I need to find a way to squeeze in tearaway into that fray.

Same, but I've been trying to hold off on buying new Vita games until I beat my older ones. It's been working out fairly well so far.Hmmmm. I have a buttload of games I haven't finished in Vita... Rayman Origins, Soul Sacrifice, Malicious Rebirth, Uncharted, Assassin's Creed Liberation, Dragon's Crown (well, I have seen the credits but I haven't done any post-game activities yet....)... I still have so many unplayed PSN games too like Guacamelee, Machinarium, stuff like that.
The last time I invested a pretty good time in Vita is for Dragon's Crown.
Playing P3P with superior protagonist.fine, no more purse owner bickering.

Playing P3P with superior protagonist.
Advice Vita-GAF. I have Ys Silver Edition preordered but doesn't have release date delivery and even with prime 2day shipping says delivery the following week. This will be my first Ys game and this year I have a very long Thanksgiving weekend due to work giving us the day after Thanksgiving off as a holiday and me taking the following monday off due to my birthday so I really want something new to play and sink my teeth into.
Should I just take that weekend and play some of my backlog stuff like Persona 2 and P3P or should I cancel the Ys collectors preorder and just get it digitally and enjoy it over Tday weekend. I have to add that the extra stuff in the collectors edition really doesn't do it for me to begin with.
*Puts Flandy in "people to watch for in VitaGAF" list.*

Sly? I haven't played either but I pick Sly.
I have Sonic on PC and played Sly almost all on vita. I like Sly more, but that's because I prefer platformers over racing games but Sonic is a very good game. Can be tough on the higher difficulties so if you want all the unlockables hold on to your butt. The game is less item dependent so it's all about skill in the end.
Sly is probably the best of the Sly games. Strikes a much better balance of missions and minigames than any of the previous games, and the hub worlds are designed well enough that even playing as Sly's friends it's not cumbersome to get to each mission. Game is 30fps compared to Ps3's 60 but it's also much more stable. Getting the plat is real annoying though. Look up a guide first so you don't have to do some annoying backtracking if that's your thing.
Omega, ignore the Sly recommendations. You won't handle the FUCKING load times. The game is great fun, when you get there. But it's not worth it after a few plays. It's too much imo unless you really love platformingWhich is the only way possible it slipped Edgeward's mind to mention it

I did enjoy the game and it is crossbuy (on the ps3 version anyway, last I checked it wasn't on vita for the uk store. £20 for either :/)
Sonic is lots of fun. Great port of the console version. Not quite as lovely as the PC version (60fps, no lagging in water). Has other dips but mostly inconsequential. Lots of challenge which I know you'll like and loads of content. Great game.
What if I told you I was talking about FeMC?Those who consider P3/P3FES/Minato better than P3P/FeMC is always cool in my book.
Can't say the same about those who consider the opposite
Hahahaha.
Great responses guys, thanks. From what I can gather, both are great ports with a solid framerate but Sonic is more difficult (in a skill-based way). Based on the above I have a few more questions:
-How do Sly's loading times compare to WipEout?
-Does Sonic have any multiplayer related trophies?
-Aside from trophy hunting, what incentives are there to replay Sly?
-How difficult is Spy in comparison to, say, Sly 3?
Tbh, I've been eyeing Sonic since I plat'd WipEout, but Sly 4 sounds tempting. Depending on what answers I get, I might just get Sonic and wait for Tearaway to scratch my platforming itch (then get Sly for Christmas).

1) Sly has long loading times when going into the hub worlds, 20-30 if I have to guess (can't test since I deleted it to free up some space).
2) there are 3 mp online trophies
...
yes it's one of the few indie games I legitimately enjoyed
You're my new friend. Except that last part. But I can forgive that about you. Do you like Laura Baily?I'm a FemC fan, but I also think P4's cast was better in almost every aspect. Then again I also like Fuuka's English VA (acquired taste).
Tbh I am tired of her from overexposure, but she is magnificent as Kaine, Lucina, and Helena. Don't like her Rise voice because that's the one that she uses the most. You're my new friend. Except that last part. But I can forgive that about you. Do you like Laura Baily?
Same and too bad the sequel got cancelled. I wanted to see those PS1 levels.
Thanks for the input, Edgeward and Skyzard. I guess I'll be picking up Sonic for now.![]()

I figured that last part would put me on a lot of people's shit lists lol. She's Lulu's VA from FFX so it eventually grew on me.
I'm hoping one of these days Stardust Delta goes on sale. Been hankering for some arcade action and the psp version ain't cutting it.
I will not let myself get into a LB situation. I waited this long, I can wait some more. Especially with PS4 on the way this week. Can't even remember if the ps3 version ever went on sale, they guard that like it was a Mario game here.
Until then, I'll just play some Riviera and play some more Terminator 2 pinball. Those Zen pinball Star Wars tables wishes it was as good as this table. Not even close. Only wish the UI and front end stuff was handled better like on the Zen games, way slicker interface.
^ yeah lol I'm guessing he means LBP? Did that come on sale recently in the US?
I read too many posts about why Pinball Arcade was better than Zen Pinball but I just can't help enjoy ZP more - then again I never really used to play the machines or anything so the extra dedication to realism might be lost on me.
PvZ is fun on ZP for sureWeird thing with that table, when I look on the store, I don't have it available, it's on my download list though.
I'm already 2 million behind my last top score novocaine, no time at all, you better keep playingZeeroid has quite a few pretty great scores too, also Jinfash.
Wait wait wait, you name a situation after me?
Hahaha... haha....... hah.... haa.... ;___;
UGH.
Guacamelee second DLC requires you to have the flying power for chicken form as far as I can figure. This is going to be a hassle.
I like the PvZ table too. Maybe I should reinstall Zen Pinball again.
And you think PvZ table missing is bad? I had to search my DL list to find my copy of Lumines, because the store claims I didn't buy it for $36 way back when. >_<
Wait wait wait, you name a situation after me?
