People already streaming. Good. Now people can see and judge the games for themselves before they buy it. Further reducing the gap between direct consumer feedback.
Stream is awful. I'll just wait for somebody who knows what they're doing to set up a proper HD stream.

He's on 4G, give him a break.

How old are you? Jesus.
dat comment section cultivated by something the general public calls and recognizes as "gamers".

This is pretty cool IMO.
Agreed. Is the X1 implementation going to be the same? I haven't been following at all.
You pay your barber. You're not paying him. You can complain all you want but it'll just make you look silly.
That's on you, not on him. And no you are still not paying him.I guess I'll just have to look silly, then!
To continue the tedious barber analogy (which I indicated was tongue-in-cheek in my OP by the use of "Etc. Etc."), I am paying him. I'm paying him with my time.
That's on twitch, not on him.I watched an ad before I got to the stream.
He's still doing you a service you requested, this guy is not.And if my barber starts hacking my hair with a rusty breadknife, I leave without paying and I complain about it to my friends. Same deal here!
Little more then a "bit" I'd say. And it doesn't matter if it's free or not, no one made you watch it, no one even asked you to watch it.I'm continually nonplussed at the internet's attitude towards stuff that is "free". It's not free. Value your time. But that's a totally different argument and far from on topic. I'll say no more - I was just doing a bit of complaining about a poor quality stream.

At risk of dragging this wildly off topic, this is exactly the response people always come up with! Does the fact that I have a choice prohibit me having an opinion? Why are positive opinions acceptable, but negative opinions always met with "well, you don't have to do it!". Absolute nonsense.
I promise, I'm saying no more. This attitude just gets on my tits.
You got it all wrong, no one is prohibiting you from having an opinion. You are not giving opinions, you are complaining about him wasting your time. That is not an opinion.
yes, optionallyIf you don't have the camera can you do audio only voice streaming, essentially talking over what's being played?
He says he has an upload cap of 0.90mb, but considering that, the stream actually looks half decent. I wonder if the PS4 has some kind of smart/adaptable bandwidth usage when streaming?
Seriously? Mine is 2mb and it always looks so shyte! I've been thinking about upping it to 6mb.
Knack actually looks a lot better than the reviews make out, actually looks like a lot of fun to me.
Also really impressed with how decent the Twitch PS4 integration is (get to it Valve, get this universal on Steam).
Can you stream in full screen mode?
