I went to the order and changed it to one day and the delivery now says 09/15. Not holding my breath here though since I've had miserable luck so far but I hope this actually works.

Mine just changed over in the last hour or so, and I have a feeling it's because the Amazon facility on the East Coast is just a few hours from me. It's probably the same for you with the West Coast facility.

Yes mine is finally preparing for shipment on this morning, sad they added $21 dollar tax to it even though I ordered months before va taxes were in place.

My international order from amazon.com is on the rocks. Due to a bank f-up my end, my payment for my launch edition was declined. Tried to change my payment method as instructed to do so by their system but it wouldn't let me, and tried several cards but to no avail.
So I contacted their customer service via their chat service, and the guy at first said it would be no problem and asked me to confirm what card I wanted to change the payment to. But after trying he said he was sorry but they couldn't change payment methods on pre-orders. I said I'd changed payment methods plenty of times before but he said they could no longer do so. So he said I have to sort it out my end with my bank, after which I can retry the same card and if it's successful my PS4 will enter the shipping process. I did confirm that my PS4 wouldn't be shipped to someone else in the meantime......
Seems completely stupid they couldn't resolve the issue there and then. Maybe to do with them now not being able to ship to foreign countries any more? So frustrating!
It's 9pm here in Tokyo and I thus this won't be sorted until tomorrow, meaning at least a day of delay on getting my order (chose global priority shipping meaning I should get it in two days after it's shipped).
Completely deflated now after getting hyped up all week.

One of my ps4's was in "Preparing to ship" for 18 hours. Another only 2. Seems to be random.

Amazon is showing Nov 15 as the delivery date. MyUPS.com is showing Nov 18 as the date. WTF is going on here......
I had this as well, contacted customer support and they assured me I'd be receiving it on the 15th. It'll update the delivery date once UPS actually receives the package and scans it into their system.
So Futureshop charged my card on monday morning but it still is not processed at all on the website. What kind of fucked up service is that?
I'm both pissed at Futureshop for sucking and at Sony for releasing the console on a friday. If I don't get it tomorrow (which is looking more and more likely now) then I'm fucked and have to wait until next week.
