I have an E-Mail from them from saturday confirming that the gift card in question hasn't been cancelled, and according to my order summary, the grand total from my order is $0.00 since saturday.

Ordered July 8th (Watch Dogs -> Regular), paid most of it in gift cards (only had $3 left to pay), coming to Savannah, GA. Why hasn't Amazon shipped my PS4 yet =( I preordered on my mobile phone as I was walking out of Sony's E3 conference; can't get any earlier then that.

It still says it'll be delivered by 8pm on the 15th, but since it's getting delivered to work I won't get it until Monday unless they get it to our mail center in the morning.

It took about 3.5 hours to go from "Preparing for Shipment" to "Shipping Now".

Not for Hawaii and Alaska. We NEVER get release day delivery. Prime only give us the option to get it faster usually from release day. The shipping rates are higher for us even as Prime Members too.

Yup. In Hawaii Prime only gives you free shipping, it's not two day. IIRC there are two additional tiers - "Expedited" which more or less = 2-day shipping and costs $6.99 per item, and "Priority" which more or less = overnight shipping and costs $12.99 per item.

I sprung for the Priority shipping because, well...Amazon still doesn't charge sales tax here and that's cheaper than paying tax on a PS4...

Amazon always makes me nervous when it comes to day one delivery. Most of the stuff I've pre-ordered ended up shipping late at night the day before it was supposed to get here. :/ They've rarely missed a delivery date though even when they ship really late.

During that chat, my gift card was delivered in time after all, so I applied the $280 from that gift card to my order and immediately started another chat to make sure that my gift card isn't cancelled after all.
Later that day, I got an E-Mail from your colleague N. confirming that my gift card hasn't been cancelled. I applied another gift card that very same day, and since saturday, the order has been paid in full using two gift cards, and in my order summary, it says that this:
