Amazon hasn't updated tracking info since last night when it "left facility and is in transit to the carrier" and the tracking number via UPS doesn't tell me anything yet.

Once UPS is prepared to deliver in my area (15th), I will request a signature on the delivery. I suggest you do the same as well. No-one is going to throw my box in front of my doorstep! I called them this morning to confirm that it can be done.

"Spoke with FutureShop. They won't be shipping until tomorrow. Shipping takes 3-5 business days. So I probably won't have mine until next Friday. :-/"

well i just called amazon cs and they said all they can do was upgrade me to two day shipping so i can at least get it by latest on Wednesday.

ok, I'm getting frustrated... My knack launch day bundle from amazon still doesn't show it's been processed yet, but I called them yesterday and this morning and they assured me that it's guaranteed to arrive tomorrow (even received an email from customer service stating it's guaranteed to be delivered tomorrow). My question is, if they say it's "guaranteed", but it doesn't show up when they promised what repercussions are there? Are they going to compensate me or is it just a worthless tagline they throw out there to get people to buy from them. I'm not trying to get something for nothing, but I took off work to get this so I'll be pissed if I wasted a workday and potential to make money (work on commission) for nothing...

I've ordered a ton from Amazon over the years and they have never let me down with shipping. If they say It'll be there tomorrow, it'll be there tomorrow. I wouldn't worry about it too much

Yup, that's what Futureshop told me when I attempted to. And I was trying to cancel back on Saturday and Sunday. Online I had the option to do so on saturday but it errored out, then I called them on Sunday and that was what they told me.

Never liked Futureshop, but they claim you can cancel any time provided it hasn't shipped. That obviously is not the case here.
