NA GAF - Post your PS4 shipment info!

My PS4 is in driving distance, but I won't get it until the middle of the day tomorrow. THE WAIT IS KILLING ME, but I'm not gonna have them hold it or whatever. Just gotta be patient.

I am a little worried that two of my games haven't even started shipping from Amazon yet. Lego Marvel and Need for Speed. They said Need for Speed isn't coming until the 19th, which sucks. Why do I have prime?!

Ugh, Manhattan here and still in Shipping Now limbo.

Just got off the phone with a fairly unhelpful Amazon rep who ensures me everything looks normal, card went through, etc.

When I talked to the lady at the FS CS ealier she said "Oh yeah, you'll probably receive it tomorrow or Friday" so I told here "Huh...it's because tomorrow IS Friday". Got the same reaction you got haha.

My PS4 hasn't shipped and I don't even have an estimated time for NFS:R. Just says they'll update when they can ship.
 
My console is now in Vernon, CA, about an hour away, says it will be here tomorrow! My games are all at Shipping Now too.
 
So, if I change my UPS delivery to be will call and the delivery estimate is still November 15th. Does that mean that I can go to the UPS operating facility and pick up my system in the morning when they open? Will they have the system by then or do the facilities normally get packages mid-day.
 
If Newegg doesn't ship my order today it's gonna be my last straw with them. It's amazing how they could turn to shit after being great for so long.

Yeah, you're in the clear. Mine was in shipping now for hours. It just changed a few minutes ago. Turns out amazon was just slow at updating their system. Mine had shipped like 10 hours ago

Coming from some city in TN and arriving in Austin TX by Sat.... With Standard Shipping apparently... I sure hope it isn't delayed until Monday.
 
FINALLY

My order just updated from 'Shipping Soon' to 'Shipped' with the UPS info attached, and the guaranteed delivery is still for tomorrow. Was starting to get nervous. Now to keep my fingers crossed that UPS delivers before their standard 7:59PM time. (As they've done twice this week with games showing up)

Amazon, June 10th order, South suburbs of Chicago here.

Weird, mine is shipping from Campbellsville, KY instead of the closer facility in Hebron. It tasks me, it tasks me and I shall have it.

Tomorrow is going to be a hard day to work...

So I called UPS to see why my package hasnt left amazon facility, even though the status says it was picked up at 12am last night. They say perhaps it has but it was never scanned or maybe its still at the amazon facility, left behind.

I would have to call Amazon. Amazon says the package has indeed left the facility but it was never scanned. "Don't worry and enjoy your system on Friday, this is common" He says.

Not in all my years of buying from amazon was a package not scanned upon leaving.

Is anyone else in the same boat?

I had something similar happen with the vita I ordered last year and paid for next day + saturday delivery. Up until 8pm on Saturday night Amazon kept "guaranteeing" me that it would be there by 8pm. Even though it never left the facility. It then proceed to not leave the facility till almost a week later. All while Amazon every day would "guarantee" it'll be there that day. At one point their suggested solution was that I cancel my order, lose the like 150 dollar savings and buy it from one of their other sellers. UPS kept telling me they didn't have it, Amazon kept saying UPS had it, was not fun.

Finally left their facility like I said almost a week later, and not with next day delivery. Got my money back that I paid for shipping but Amazon CS was really shitty to me, basically telling me too fucking bad, deal with it.

Mine's been sitting at Shipping now since about 6 30 am, we'll see if it shows up tomorrow.

Finally got shipping confirmation from Sony. Delivers tomorrow before 8 PM via FedEX. Still going to get it at Best Buy tonight for dat launch experience.

The weird thing is that the pending charge from Sony dropped off of my account. Pretty sure this happens with Apple as well, then it reappears a few days later.
 
Ok so I'm back in the Amazon is a great company mode.

Short of the story..... By changing my CC info yesterday it put the PS4 on a diff card. Amazon bumped me out of my spot in line for a Launch day delivery. I did a chat... after 30 min with them they still said sorry. When I asked for some sort of "Keep me as a customer" request i was disconnected by them.... How convenient. '

Cool thing is they send an email about my experience. I stated it sucked and that I would like a Call "Now" from amazon.

After 5 min of me baffled by their policy when switching CC, I still told her I was very displeased with Amazon and How would they keep me as a customer.

She then offered me Credit in the amount of one FREE game for the PS4. I asked if it had to be a game she said no that the Item of my choice had to be "fulfilled" by Amazon and that was the only stipulation.

I put a PS4 Camera in my basket (it is a "ship by Amazon item") and it was FREE.

I do have to wait till the 19th now for my system. Thats the only bad part.

Will be getting my PS4 FIX by watching you GAFrs on twitch for 4 days or so.
 
Got off chat with a Zon CSR about the UPS site not updating.

She said: "Thank you for your information. At this point, the tracking number from UPS has not been updated, however I'm currently on the phone with them, and they're assuring me that there are about 3-4 more scans on this tracking label."

So, seems my product is on the move, it's just UPS that isn't updating at the moment.

Out of curiousity, did you use UPS My Choice to change the delivery to pick up at shipping center? I did that for two that I ordered and both of them show "Your package has experienced an exception" on that site. I'm wondering if it could be related to changing the delivery settings through My Choice.

The pending process charge was there from Monday to Wednesday. Wen't away today and then I got my shipping confirmation. I'm sure the posted charge will happen tomorrow.
 
The rational part of my brain knows it will be here tomorrow, but it is still "Shipping soon" and I want it now. NOW NWO NWO WNOWNWONWOWNOWNOWNWONWGIMMEGIMMEHGIMME
 
The tracker finally updated and showed that it arrived in CA. Now I have to see if it can get to my local HUB so i can schedule a pick-up tonight. Or i can wait for it to be delivered to work tomorrow.
