No. There's a reason why every online game explicitly tells you that online interaction is unrated. If a parent lets their kid see that, it's because they didn't read the manual for their PS4, and they neglected to enable parental controls that would've locked out this sort of functionality from their consoles.

When your child goes to porn.com or whatever, you don't sue porn.com when you find out. You talk to your child about it. You take whatever steps necessary to prevent them from accessing that site. It's not like they were able to just plunk down $400 on a PS4 and play on their own TV that they're hiding away from you so they can watch robots getting sucked into women's asses.

There's a word for what the solution is in this case, and it's not "lawsuit." It's "parenting."

Yeah, streaming a webcam feed isn't exactly new, but the accessibility of this is not something to sneeze at. Getting tools like this more easily to creative but not necessarily technically minded people can only be good.

It makes me think that Sony shouldn't have dropped that "Play, Create, Share" slogan.

I am not saying the solution is lawsuit. I am just saying people will do that, not saying its right but its gonna happen.

In this case I wouldnt fully blame parents either I mean kids playing knack or watching a knack stream how are you supposed to know these kinda streams are gonna suddenly show up aside from just games. I doubt sony wants these kinda things on their App and its against Twitch TOS probably.

Doesn't twitch have an age gate for some streams? These should definitely be under that. I don't get why they're not.
