It has been somewhat ok up until now, but once they closed in on drop time it all went to shit and a ball of chaos. Media people running around trying to direct stuff, and the microphones of the presenters are on all the time. :D

I ordered mine off the website, there was no deposit.

Anyone heard from GAME about this? Is it not to late to cancel my order and go with Shopto or something so I still get it for Xmas?

I have a day of work in Warrington, then I have to drop my colleague off in Nottingham (about 90 minutes away), then another 2 and a half hours home, hoping that my PS4 will be waiting for me back at the office. Unless my mum picks it up and takes it home for me.

Tomorrow is going to be a long day, but this weekend is going to rock.
 
I was surprised by the number of women there who actually wanted to buy a PS4, especially in the german stream. I really didn't see any girls buying a PS4 or xbox unless they were with a guy when I was at my midnight launches.
 
As expected, nothing was available at ASDA or Tesco. ASDA had a queue from 6 in the morning and they just gave them tickets and told them to come back at midnight. Tesco did the same. Both said they have pre-orders up until Christmas, which is also the case at Amazon and Game. Looks like I'll be waiting until around the new year, but it's my own fault for cancelling my pre-order a while back (I had changed my mind at the time).
 
Alright im going to attempt sleep (I'll fail and probably play Tearaway) before I get my hands on that lovely piece of next gen gaming goodness. Post pics of your haul if you can :D

Just picked up my ps4 - 10 people for PS4 and 50+ at xbone launch. Must be the stock allocations
 
I'm looking forward to seeing those launch numbers. They are going to be crazy.

I was trying to get one from there I got in the basket but couldnt type my card details in fast enough and it went out of stock as I was typing them, the site ground to a halt at midnight when the switched the online store on for this and 8 minutes later they had all gone.. amazing.. (sobs)
