We don't know, but they're rumored to be working on an unannounced Wii U game (unless it was just SMT X FE, but they may be almost exclusively Atlus). They've worked on:

Pushmo/Crashmo 1 + 2
Paper Mario: Sticker Star
Game & Wario
Daigasso Band Bros. P (most recent)
On the two newest consoles, so far.
It's being done by both of them, but wouldn't IS be able to work on another game independently at the same time? Or would they be devoting their full development time to FExSMT?

I think/hope they are doing an Advance Wars game.
That would hardly be ideal, but about the best i would expect.
Smash bros date: interesting for the fans, and for the select few who intend to buy a Wii U only then.
Zelda U trailer... showing it isn't going to sell more consoles now, everybody knows it's coming, and those who will buy for Zelda, will only do so when it releases.
DKC... revealing a 4th character for this game would be like yelling in the desert. Seriously, who cares. Nobody is suddenly going to buy the game because of it, if they weren't already, let alone buy a Wii U for it.
So, while this may all be fan-service, i hope they use their coverage time more wisely, to persuade the non-Nintendo die-hards to buy the system. On the other hand, given their track record, your scenario may be too generous yet.

I don't know why people are expecting some conference like set of reveals from this. I can imagine 2 or at most 3 trailers from this. And I wouldn't doubt Reggie would promote the actually successful 3DS with a trailer for some game.

I suspect that IF they'll show something, and not limiting their presence to get some prize for Mario World or Zelda ALBW, they could still push those games, or show the next incoming title, aka DK Tropical. Or, if we are happy, some new footage for Kart/Smash.

Now that FE is a hit and AW does not sell in Japan I wouldn't be surprised if we never see a new title again.
