Victory at last.
Another tip is so shift-click rather than drag and drop when moving items between containers. Use it carefully though because it was bugged for a friend of mine and he lost some items trying to shift-click them to a full container.

Alright, grabbed a screen shot of my simple little starter house.
2 questions: is building in this game way better than terraria? because building in terraria was a tedious annoying process.
also, can you beat the game in the beta? as in, how much content is currently in the game?
Anyway to get back to the surface? I dug a hole to get a vine to get a fibre to get a bow to get a piece of meat for the first crafting thing now I am stuck in a hole lol

Leaving game and rejoining should put you back in your ship.
There is already one but you can't use it underground.well if thats the case I hope they add a teleport to ship option![]()

how do I even make a pickaxe? i found a few iron bars in a box that iwant to use
You'll need at least an Iron Anvil first, so you're probably better off spending those bars to build one.
Anyone else thinks it's fucked up that in order to make a better pickaxe you have to upgrade incrementally from stone-copper-silver-etc...?
Like the idea of increased mining speed. Right now it's my only complaint. It takes too long for some things.
gaf halp
how create bow?
never played terraria before ; ;
I only think so because the pick can decay. I'm not exactly sure what happens when it runs out of juice though, or if you can repair it.
If the pick was indestructible I wouldn't mind leveling through the tiers, but if I break my gold one and have to go all the way through the tiers again, that would blow.
There should be a recipe for it if you hover over the item in the crafting menu.
I bought it, but never played it. Not really sure why, just never felt like installing it.

How do you guys play this game? Hopping from planet to planet?
pretty much and building gaf fortress lol
If you rightclick mine the background out behind you, the teleport to ship option appears (you just need sky behind your character, even underground).
yeah after some reading on reddit etc, realized i need to find vines for the plant fibre
anybody has a picture of what a vine looks like in this game?
Is it a requirement to use a wiki in this game? Because thats one thing i hated about terraria and minecraft. In order to actually advance i had to look everything up and figure out what does what.
You can repair them by right clicking it with an ore of equal or greater value

Got it working eventually, oh my god there is no iron anywhere and I hate life because all I'm doing is wondering the land looking for iron lol.
Whats the penalty for dying? just pixels?
