Brah they're gonna need every cent if we ever want to see Chapter 3 localized.
If I remember it correctly XSEED has already stated that they won't have the resources to localize Chapter 3.

What's the latest word on Sony's localization SWAT team? They said they were assembling a small team to take on the localizations that the publishers wouldn't take a chance on.If these were localised, it'd single-handedly save the Vita imo.
Nobunaga's ambition is epic, as well as the Vita Legend of Heroes game.
Pretty sure they do.
The PSX, PC Engine and PSP library of JPN PSN makes me sad...if I ever end up with another Vita, it'll be for my JPN account.
Because Techmo was supposed to give us Atelier or Dynasty warrior (I don't like fighting games)

When will I get my TiTS US PSN sale D:
This $20 of mine is itching to be spent

When does the rayman deal end? Couldn't get on the store since this morning
Or make it like the PS3 or PSP(?) where you can have as many accounts on your system as you want.I'm not competent enough with a JP account, especially with funding/buying. Sony should really allow us to have at least 1 account for each region on our Vita. It would solve a lot of the bullshit that gets complained about.
Would I be HAPPY about spending more money to rebuy games I already own on my main account to get them to work on my Vita? No. But would I be happier than not having ANY way to play them? HELL YES.
Sucks that the store was down this morning with timed deals going on.When does the rayman deal end? Couldn't get on the store since this morning
Perhaps the maintenance started early? Due in 20 minutes I think.Hmmm, can't login on my Vita right now. Tells me it "Could not connect to the server or device within the time limit. (NW-5603-4)"
Where was that at though? Since for the most part the price has always stayed consistent with the major retailers.
Which generally happens with big name titles like that.
URL is going to be blocked, but:Now it's giving me (NW-8942-3) and just says "Could not connect to the server".
DoA is sort of tempting. I might pick it up. It'll have to go on my 64gb pile though, there's no way I can fit it on my 32gb right now.
Can anyone sell me on DOA5? I do enjoy my fighters.
Have Blazblue EX, Mortal Kombat, SFxTK, Tekken 6, Soul Calibur: BD, SF Alpha 3, does DoA5 bring anything to the table?
Psn has been pretty good with the sales this year. That's a good deal on Spelunky. Steam-tier sale price. Gonna pick that up I think.
$4 for Spelunky? Must buy.
I'm still using 4gb card, didn't stop me getting DoA. Now I can't really download more games which sucks. File size of DOA+some free DLC is 3104 MB.
Really need to get new vita card soon.
So is it worth it for me to make myself a jpn psn account?
Aww, it seems like the psone selection is pretty awful then.If you don't speak Japanise ?
No
Most of games that aren't released in west are rpgs

No, but the store is in Japanese and so are the games.
Didn't they say a similar thing to Chapter 2 before? Just buy their games once their JP heads see how well it sold, they might just give the OK for Chapter 3to be released on Steam
MAC: So when should we expect Trails in the Sky The 3rd? *hides*
KB: Based on the math of about 1.5 years to bring the first one over and roughly three years for the second, you should be able to expect it to release sometime by Christmas 2019.
MAC: But seriously, how does XSEED plan on dealing with the continuous flood of Kiseki games from Falcom? Would there be opposition to another publisher taking on the more recent games or is everyone else afraid to touch those as well?
KB: We ask ourselves that every day. We would love to release all of them if we could, but most of the later Kiseki games are even bigger than Trails SC, so I just don't see how it's physically possible. Other publishers are free to discuss with Falcom directly if they are up to the challenge.
You don't have to know Japanese to enjoy the games, or at least most games.
After the release of the first one they said that they wouldn't focus on Chapter 2 but not cancel it either.
I found that interview and it isn't as clear as I thought it was, so there could still be hope.

It's not clear whether he only meant all the Kiseki Games after the TitS Trilogy or whether TitS3 was included in his thoughts.
Dang I should have noted used physical copies. Sorry about that.
I guess beginning of 2013 price was already not at the bottom.
I remember it because I told my friends how good P4G was (and how cheap they are available used), but they told me they couldn't find any good deal so just went for new copies.
RE: GOTY voting.
For those new to GAF, GAF has a GOTY voting thread every year. This year will be no different. We do our best to encourage discussion in the thread and it's a multi-platform thread. Of course you're welcome to just vote for Steam games in that thread, but you're also welcome to include other games. Cheesemeister and timetokill have that thread wired up so that votes are automatically parsed and processed by bot which helps ensure accuracy and helps them generate stats, like most voted game per genre or per platform. A few years ago Durante also wrote code so you could calculate which other voters had the closest ballots to you, which is great for getting recommendations. It's really cool.
So while you're welcome to run this Steam-specific GOTY thread in here (it would definitely be a no on creating a new thread since the consequences of that would be pretty dire since every platform would want its own thread and people would be less likely to talk to each other), I have to discourage people from bunkering down in this thread and not participating in the general GOTY thread when the time comes. Most of my GOTY list will probably be available on Steam, but I'll still be voting in the general thread. I'd also add that if people vote in this thread, it's going to cause a massive derail and make it very very hard to discuss anything else in the thread. So keep that in mind in terms of the signal-to-noise ratio and stuff.
#partoftheproblemYes it is. If you don't pay $3.75 for this magical game, you're part of the problem.
OK gang, remember when we talked about a Vita GotY list? Well there's one way we can do it:
Basically we PM someone our top 5 or 10 PS Vita games (PSP games released in 2013 could count I guess?) and that person tallys it all up and then the list would be put up by say the January thread.
So yeah I'm copy catting what SteamGAF are doing but this is one way for us to see what games our GAF community liked the most on Vita.
Oh and to quote Stump:
So there ya have it. It would also be cool if you posted your votings/list in the upcoming GAF GotY thread too.
