Wiping on Heroic Lich King just seconds away from winning over and over again cause my naga to hit the wall on the other side of the room. Also destroyed a headset when I found out my buddies and I lost glad to piece of shit win traders. Looking back it was childish to break 200 dollars worth of stuff over World of Warcraft...... or any game for that matter
 
The Maneaters in Demon's Souls. I eventually beat them and went on to complete the game, but after playing a little bit of Dark Souls and getting really angry there too I've decided that the Souls series is not for me.
 
I like to think that I have good self control. I never had rages at all, even playing as a small kid. I accepted failure and tried again.
Never thrown any controllers or made harm to anything.

Nowadays, if I die in Borderlands or Path of Exile...I can let out a sigh or a couple of curses...but nothing more than that.

Although I was prepared for it, I didn't realize it would be THAT bad. I just remembered it took longer than I wanted and was so glad I didn't ever have to do it again.

There's a later part where
you have stop the rings from spinning inside the Death Star that was more infuriating for me.
 
Blood Rayne: Betrayal.

There's this one part where you have to constantly bounce off flying enemies or fall to your death. It's absolutely maddening. I've never thrown a controller before this.
 
Too many to count. I have broken so much over the years, and even now when I have my own apartment and can yell and scream all I want, I still wind up breaking something. Anyways,

Modern Warfare 3 - I was doing terrible once and I kept slamming a glass onto my couch over and over again. Eventually, it broke and cut up my hand. Another time, I was playing with a friend and we were matched with a full team. They demolished us. I kept going for the objectives, not caring about kills, and ended up with 60+ deaths. It didn't bother me until someone on the other team said, "Wow, how do you even die that much?" and I erupted and slammed a chair I had onto the ground over and over until it broke.
Tales of Symphonia - Some sideboss I don't remember. Threw my wavebird against the ground after losing once. Threw it again and it bounced off the wall. Threw it again after losing a third time and it bounced off the ground, wall, and ceiling and finally broke.
San Andreas - City Slickin' and trying for Gold. Got all the way to the end when a car came out from around a corner and scratched mine. In a knee-jerk reaction, I tossed my controller at the tv and broke the "channel down" button.
Dark Souls - I feel as if I overreacted on this one. Guy invaded. Friend helped fight him, I believe, and got killed. Then the guy went after me and after an annoying fight, I got killed. I slammed around a bit and knocked over a fan. Someone called the cops because they thought there was something going on. I told the cops I got mad at a video game and they asked me if I was playing Madden. Weird.
Pokemon Platinum - Tossed my DS at a wall and broke it. Whoops.

Many, many, many more times I have gotten angry at video games. Just the other day I got mad at AssCreed IV.
 
Probably in SMT:Noctourne, dying to a ridiculous chain of attacks from the final boss when I almost had them killed.

Dark Souls should get a mention too, getting killed by an invader after making a lot of progress (and far away from the nearest bonfire). Guess thats what I get for being human haha
 
A lot of fighting game bosses really kill my mood for fun before I figure out an exploit, god damn snk you scary.
Also, the company Nexon. Holy shit fuck you nexon. Why did you do that to DFO? I mean fucking hell, it was going along swimmingly until you decided to not give a fuck. That alone killed the community, and eventually the game. I should have learned my lesson after maplestory, but I liked DnF too much.
 
KZ2. Blastining someone in the head at point blank with my shotgun, and then they proceed to kill me, run around the map for a few seconds, and then die from my shot. It would be hilarious if I didn't play so competitively.
 
Uncharted 3 Chapter 14 - Cruisin' for a Bruisin' on Crushing Difficulty

was just as bad.
 
Playing Morrowing GOTY on an OG Xbox. Went into a cavern to retrieve the Bonebiter Bow for an essential story quest. I'd picked it up earlier just roaming around but had no idea what it was, so I tossed it down. No patching on Xbox, so that bow just stayed gone. 100+ hours lost. I never played it on Xbox again, and I've never had the heart to try to return to it, even on PC. It crushed me.
 
The most recent I can remember is Skyward Sword. Those motion controls, holy shit. It got me so pissed that it put me off Nintendo in general for a good while. A Link Between Worlds made up for it though, so it's okay.
 
I was playing Alex Kidd in Miracle World on Master System, it was sunday and I had to go out with my parents. I was really close to the final boss... My mother came in my room and instead of hitting the "pause"-button on the console she hit "reset"... Words can't describe these feelings.

Probably trying to finish Halo 3 on Heroic solo, and thinking I could do so in a reasonable time before going to bed. Then I got to the "Cortana" level, and holy fuck, that level was so poorly designed, it probably took me an hour just to get through this small section of it. Then the next, and final level had some equally annoying parts.

I think I finally did finish the game at about 2am, when I originally figured it would be about midnight.
 
I haven't played Dark Souls yet but plan to, so I can tell you with confidence that the greatest rage I will ever feel in my lifetime is in the future.

I will never, ever forget trying to finish Persona 3.

I stayed up until about 3AM fighting the last boss, because hey, it's the end of the game! What I didn't know is that the boss would 100% negate all of the work I had done in the battle for the last hour by:

- Charming my healer
- Healer restores 100% of the boss HP
- Can't win because not enough MP

A couple of years later, I tried to finish it again. Same thing happened. Fuck that game. Fuck it for all time.
 
I think my worst case was with NFL Street on the original Xbox. The catch up AI was ridiculous in that game. Every time I would be winning by the time the 4th quarter hit, the AI would get crazy sadistic on me. I would fumble almost every play, the CPU would intercept constantly and their defense was blood thirsty.

I was winning a game by over 20 points and I lost by the end of the 4th quarter because of that shit. I was so pissed that I threw an Xbox S controller at the floor really hard and it shattered into pieces.
 
Rage quitting in CoD. At times it was so bad I think I rage quitted every second game or something when I played MW1 and MW2. I destroyed furniture in my room and seriously wanted to kill someone when it was at its worst.
 
2 games I can easily remember

Nothing like wasting your whole sleep schedule to try to claim a certain HNM for your linkshell (guild) to not get it...then do it again the next day then again and again. Or nearly killing this HNM then some dumbass does something stupid and kills everyone.
