Bu..but the 32GB was supposed to answer it... The goal posts just keep moving :'(
Seriously though, I'm prolly gonna wait for the 64 to release in the US first, and if it's cheaper to just import it, then I'll buy it that way (if not, I'll buy it locally). Just don't want to deal with worrying about importing- only thing I've ever 'imported' is like, phone parts from eBay.
Should I just sell my old memory cards, or keep them handy?
I live in North America. Doesn't mean it matters if the hardware that SCEA doesn't advertise at all doesn't sell 600k a month. It matters if the games sell.Because as someone who lives in North America, the sales directly dictate the amount of software Vita can get here.

Software sales dictate the support more. Especially for those already localizing content.
Why would they bother in 2013 if they cared about hardware sales? They don't. You think niche publishers require 40 million units to be sold a day for them to localize niche games? The Vita has proven to have a fanbase to support niche content. So niche publishers support the system in the west. Even with 5 billion units, niche content isn't going to set the world on fire. It'll still sell to the same niche it always has.
If we continue to buy the games, they will continue to bring them. Niche publishers seem fine. Indies seem fine.
Only mid to large tier publishers seem to have issue with Vita, and that's largely due to little to no effort put into the system outside of Japan to begin with. And in some cases, little to no effort in Japan either. *cough*SquareEnix*cough* And while people love to talk about Japan loving mobile now, which is true, the publishers in the west are doing the same shit.
So ... have been a bit out of the loop on vita.
How's Terraria ? Is the port good ? Controls , fluidity & else ?

I saw the special edition of sorcery saga today. Tempting....
Great post in the portable screenshot thread. Really makes it obvious how washed out things are in screenshots, not just the compression.
Very well said

There were some good impressions a few pages back.
Overall consensus is that people are a bit miffed that it's hit Vita at "full price", but it's a solid port.
It controls surprisingly well; definitely a bit slower than with a mouse, but the charm of piecing together your little world in the palm of your hands is very strong. The right stick acts like a mouse, and you can swivel it a certain distance around your character either in "Smart" mode (locks on to the nearest thing; good for mining, fighting, doors, etc.), or "Manual" mode (for more precise aiming, building, etc.).
Fluidity? It runs as perfectly as you'd expect, if that's what you mean. I have yet to encounter anything which might slow things down, but I imagine it'll do a better job than my laptop if things get crazy. It also loads nice and fast as well. First time creating a Large map took a minute or so, but each consecutive time loading the world only takes about 10 seconds. Standby/sleep mode are godsends as well, although you're warned about dropping from online when pressing the PS button.
My only (tiny) gripes are the horrible 'splash' screen upon startup, and the fact that you can't zoom out. You can zoom in, and the default view is plenty for doing anything, but I would have liked the ability to see more of the world around me without reverting to the map (I guess this was the same on PC?)
Echo the above, once you get used to the controls it's great. The low res splash screen is a mystery to me as well, bubble icon could use some love also.

Now I wait for the inevitable NA question.

Got Blazblue physical, so will be nice to have it digital now.
How is the game?
Deep mechanics, but looks amazing on that OLED. The timing for some of the more complex combos takes a lot of getting used to, especially on the Vita's smaller buttons. That said there is a lot to do even with single player and challenges, haven't done much online with it as never felt I was ready, so much to learn. But it's deep and gorgeous with plenty of substance so its defo worth checking out.
I bought Terraria last night at 6pm. The missus came downstairs at about midnight and suggested I should probably go to bed. About an hour later I made my way upstairs.
I balked at the price originally, but fuck me the game's great. I haven't played the PC version for ages so there's all sorts of stuff in there that's new to me. I can see me putting a lot of time into it.
Now to shop around for a nice Vita deal so the missus can join me.
I was at NEX Zepy games. It was the R1 version.Where did you see it?
So , RO Ace will not be released till 2014 on NA? Someone has any impressions about Injustice ? I might dip on that
Here are some Injustice impressions. First of all, the game is 3122MB big and has the ugliest bubble I have seen so far
Initially, I was underwhelmed by the graphics. The offscreen videos looked better and everyone said they were impressed by the graphics so my expectations may be a little bit too high. Still, without movement the game looks bland and everything seems low poly. While playing, the graphics are ok, especially when the effects are in play. Compared to the cutscenes the difference is staggering which breaks immersion a little bit. The cutscenes themselves have a noticeable compression so it looks a little bit pixelated.
The gameplay is smooth and fun. Haven't played the game before and wanted the Vita version because the controls align perfectly with my taste (4 button fighter is ideal for the Vita, blocking by back on dpad).
The tutorial explained a lot of stuff I already forgot, I am not a fighter player.
The story mode with its campaign style playthrough is presented very well even though the story seems kinda silly.
I like the game so far.
Basically everything is like the PS4 version except for some textures that are downgraded. All the DLCs are also contained inside and it has some additional mini-games exclusive to the PS Vita because of the touch screen and other stuff integrated.
I was at NEX Zepy games. It was the R1 version.
They haven't given a decent discount for any VITA game yet. This one is good but nowhere as good as some of the US discounts.Today's sale is:
The Walking Dead (PS Vita)
Was 19.99/AU$24.95/£14.99, now 9.99/AU$14.95/£6.99
Additional 10% discount for PS Plus members

Nice!
I have a question - when add Soul Sacrifice to my download list (and download it on memory card, if it's necessary), would I be able to use my physical copy of the game (I bought it few months ago) with the online pass from the PS+?
The online pass from the physical copy is redeemed to other account, and I don't really like to switch accounts on the vita, so I hope I can use only the online pass from the Plus.

Any more suggestions for must play JRPGs as i missed the last ten years or so...
Seems like Persona 4: Golden will go on sale:

It's a bit confusing that he posted that in the PS Plus entry... at first I already thought that both titles will enter the IGC soon but being part of the Christmas sale seems to be more likely.
