Retro Studios Programmer,Mark Haigh-Hutchinson, Dies

43 :( That must be a serious shock for his family on a number of levels. Hope they manage OK.

R.I.P., and thanks for all the games.

Thanks for everything you did for us Mark... We'll be missing you, even if you'll always be remembered thanks to your amazing games.

This is really sad stuff. :(

Must be tough for the family.

RIP dude. :(

Wow, that's a lot of classics right there. Even stuff I didn't like personally (like Big Sky Trooper and Episode 1 Racer) were still well made... Hell, just having a part in Monkey Island 2 is enough credibility to make him a cherished member of the industry.

Rest in peace. I may never have heard of you until now, but your work is forever remembered. My condolences to the family.

The man was a key part of games I grew up with and loved. Prime 1 in particular remains, to me, the shining example of why I love video games. The industry, and much more his family, have suffered a great loss. I pray the best for them. Rest in peace.

Tragic.

I recognise the name from an interview he did with a British N64 magazine when he was at LucasArts.

I have no idea why I remember that.

RIP.

Amazing work. Thank you so much Mark. God Bless his family during this difficult time.

EDIT: It's a shame theres no way that fans can contact the family to express how his work touched us. Would defintiely be nice.
