Y'know, I'd probably import a Vita 3000 with 64gb of onboard memory that allows me to use a memory card. Even if the LCD screen is worse than the OLED...

It's a lot cheaper to expand the memory via on board memory to support bigger games than it would be to force their goofy format on a memory card bigger than 64gb. I mean if you allow games to go up to 8gb, even a 64gb won't hold many.

The alternative choice would be to allow the vita to take SD cards since they are much cheaper, but there is no way that will happen, thus to me it seems more likely to have a decent sized amount of on board memory to make larger games feasible.

So, I bought a physical copy of Tearaway at launch. I was just looking through my download list on the webstore and noticed Tearaway is in it. Hmmm?

If you downloaded the demo then it will show up as "Tearaway" in your PSN downloads list (and not "Tearaway Demo"). That's how it shows up for me anyway.

I think more people need to make use of Content Manager. I'm deployed and can't buy physical games and don't even own a single physical copy of any game. I have a 32gb memory card and just rotate out games when I'm done with them or want to play them. It's been working fine for me, honestly.

The OLED is likely gone for good, and if they are designing a system for a remote play experiance on board memory doesn't make much sense at all.

I realize I am starting to repeat myself but damnit if Spelunky isn't like some digitized form of concentrated crystal meth laced with a side of crack cocaine. It is so addicting and so abusive, but just so enjoyable that I keep going back for more. And I friggin' *HATED* the demo when I first played it and sneered (literally) when I read people going on and on about how great Spelunky was in this thread. Holy crap I was wrong. I'm now at the

ModNation is great. The only real issue is no online. Baffling, and stupid decision. But the core game of Road Trip is more fun than the original on PS3.

Especially stupid was the 'justification' being because no one played the horrible PSP game online. I wonder why, because it was a very shitty port of the PS3 version. Not it's own game (though it had a new mode). And the PSP's online was terrible by comparison to Vita.

I also really liked modnation Vita too. While the frame rate dropped during the last races, it was still worth a play through. It was pretty balanced too, which is rare in kart racers.

Thanks everyone! I'd been intending to pick up Persona cus that's the game everyone always talks about and I've never played. Looks like that'll be my first buy then...

Do like me and play only the daily challenge, that restricts you to a single play per day. Keeps the crack to safe levels, and makes it more intense because you really don't want to die.

As a UK PS+ subscriber, we didnt get it. I only played the demo of Runner 2 (enjoyed it but decided to wait for the Vita version), but i owned and loved the original to pieces on my Wii so this has been on my "must buy" list for quite some time!

hmm, not sure...I start the downloads before I go to sleep, so they are ready when I wake up. I haven't noticed any pausing issues from what downloads I have watched though

Warms my heart. Picked up a copy at GS yesterday for $20 and played around an hour and a half last night...smiled the whole. damn. time.

I wish more games went for the charming and whimsical feel. It's so refreshing to play something like Tearaway...especially when it's this well crafted. Bravo on Media Molecule & SCE.

It likely did decently. $20 is much closer to the price that the general gamer population is willing to spend on cartoony non mario/sonic platformers, so a number of people likely picked it up if they had vitas.
