I'm not so sure about that. The first actual trailer will probably be at E3, but that doesn't mean they won't show something of it before E3.
Or, depending on how far along they are with the game, E3 gets the first gameplay demo, then a trailer could come earlier. I don't expect it to be in this Direct, though.

EAD Tokyo isn't a development team. They are an R&D department. Doesn't mean we will see a project reveal today, tomorrow, or next week, but nothing is exactly written in stone either.

There's nothing special about traditional donkey kong to me, it's just another platformer. Although that doesn't necessarily mean I'm asking for a shooter but thanks for labeling me anyway.
