;)

You got red on you.

I'm sorry if I missed it, what exactly is the payment for? Is there something you could withhold until it's done?

I did two video jobs for this company. One was from all the way back in October. My car has been in the mechanic for way too long now and I've needed that money to pay for it. The producer I've been in contact with said it would take 30-60 days, and it's way past that.

The second job I did was in the beginning of January. Even on her purchase order it has "PAY BY 1/15/14" and I haven't seen that either.

Dude, net30 that shit.

What does that mean? Am I being taken for a bitch? :(

sorta, yeah.

Net 30 means that you're essentially "lending them credit" so long as they pay you within 30 days. After 30 days they incur penalties.

Treat yourself like a fortune 500. Google Net 30 you'll find agreement templates around payment and stuff. Have them sign it and stick to it. Take your billing seriously and they'll seriously pay you.

Hm, good info. Thanks. I think I got so caught up with how much money they were offering that I didn't do much research

Bank holiday, there's probably nobody in.

Well the receptionist was working so I assume they were working too...

My favorite ban story is the one around PSN's outage— it was chaotic and there was a misunderstanding between me and Steve Youngblood (before he was a mod) that got me banned. A few years later I move to the US, find out he lives in the same city, and we become friends IRL.

I'm having pizza soon. Normal kind, ya know, with pepperoni and stuff.

Pepperoni being the "main" topping on pizza seems to be an American thing. It's not that you don't get it other places, it's just that pepperoni pizza is not very common round here. For big chains and whatnot, the most mainstream pizza is Hawaiian, and then probably what we'd call "meatlovers" which does usually include some sort of pepperoni, but also two or three other kinds of meat.

Margherita pizza usually what I order at a new pizza place to try it out though.

I don't remember how many times I have been banned.

I think maybe 4 or 5 times.

In my defense, every single one of them was a miscarriage of justice.

Ham&Mushrooms is like THE classical pizza. Also, the best.

I'm totally okay with pepperoni, or even arugula. arugula on pizza is seriously great. (I had to look up the word for arugula, because I call it rucola.)

What Smiley sai-

I will Canucks line brawl u.

Yup!

Soooo gud.

Listen you crazy Euro, if you're talking about tomato sauce then say that.

:lol

If he can't find any of them I'll be happy to create some new ones for him.

Can I pick?

The three top pizza's in Canada and America are Pepperoni, Meat Lovers and Hawaiian. I think plain ol cheese is popular too.

I hate the name arugala, sounds like a chronic gargle in the throat. Rocket. But yeah, give me a pumpkin, bocconcini, spinach pizza, cooked in a wood oven, with fresh rocket on top? All day, every day.

Or regular old pepperoni.
