'Due to lack of experience'. Ok, where in the living world can I get 4 year of experience in my field (i have 2,5 years) if there are no jobs, even those where I would be working for free, just to get XP?

Looks like another 'mounted' job application. Probably they had somebody already selected, due to law around here you must publicly announce any new job, so anyone can apply.

A friend of mine was searching for a job for a long time and after each interview he was getting rejected due to the lack of experience. He was a fresh graduate at the time.

During one interview, it was established he wasn't going to get the job due to lack of experience (as it was told to him by the interviewer), since he knew he wasn't going to get the job, he snapped and told the interviewer that "No person is born with experience from their mother's womb", stared into the eyes, got up and left.

Well, the thing is everything gets frustrated, I myself got a job after a whole year of searching...

Eum, anyone here have experience with removing burnt sugar from a stainless steel cooking pan? No special reason i´m asking of course, just wondering what would be the best way?

If the sugar is low enough in the pan, add water to the pan and boil it. The water should dissolve the sugar.

I usually just let it soak with hot water filled with dishwasher detergent for an hour or two then scrub them off.

Not guaranteed to work :(

:/

Just add water and boil it up again, it'll dissolve.

Tried boiling it with water but doesn't seem to work.. It's sort of black.. and stinks.. I´m going to try the soaking with detergent.. Thanks guys!

Soak it up in very hot water overnight. Add strong deterget.

This reminds me on my roommates in college and their ways of washing dishes. Somebody left dirty dishes in the sink for 2 weeks during summer break and when we arrived back, we forced him to clean it up. All those maggots and nice smells :P

Yeah, I'll try. Doubt it will work though, it's pretty bad. I think i'll just have to write this one off. But at least no maggots :P

Guys guess what I'm gonna watch right now

It's okay classes got cancelled for tomorrow because of the snow.

Man that's weaksauce. When I went to college, I remember it was -18 F and it had snowed about four feet and the only reason they cancelled class was because it was so cold the campuses utilities froze. Otherwise they would've had it opened.

I remember having to play a jury in a room with no heat when it was 6 degrees F. Ever heard a guitar played in sub freezing temps? No? Well, it's because you're not supposed to. I got a C+, would've got an A if my hands weren't frozen. Barre chords when you can't feel your fingers? No thanks.

:(
