It's not the Mario powerstar. On the Brawl trophy link that was posted, and you might be able to see it here too:
On the lower belt, the second rightmost one. It's a whole chain of star-shaped items. What looks like the "eyes" on the leak shot is just the top most spike of the next link of the chain.
However, these ornaments prove that, whatever the model is (real or fake), it's based on the Brawl model, and not the 3DS model.

OR the faker knows it is so good so the faker KNEW that a small detail to diferentiate from the real thing needed to be done
The model definitely favors Uprising, but there are also some Brawl references. If anything, that’s kind of what makes me think it might be real.
The “leaked” Palutena has some of her Brawl ornaments, but it also has the belt buckle and hair style (the length/depth of her bangs) from Uprising. Her face is also based off of the Uprising art.
I’m expecting to see Palutena regardless of this leak, so I’m not too concerned.

I think you've got the right of it. And what's being lost in the confusion is that you can see the whole thing in the other shot (and beaten, but whatever):
That said I can't tell if the top looks different from the rest of the chain, or if it's just bleeding into the next charm over, so carry on, blurry speculation-GAF.

Can't be the trophy, look here at the image you posted. You see that rope hanging from the side of the shield in the trophy? That's not there in the leak shot (i.e. it's gone or she's holding it like she does in the Final Smash pose I posted). Though she seems to be sprawling her fingers outward underneath the shield (like she is in the trophy), so the rope might've been cut out.

The leaked models bangs end where her hair is layered; theyre much shorter than in Brawl. Her face is also softer and rounder she looks much more cherubic and anime-esque like her official Uprising art.

Then either the person who hypothetically faked this edited the model for further convincingness, or it's real and tightly based on the Brawl trophy and Uprising art.

hmm you could be right, its hard to tell, it looks a lot like a powerstar, but I can also see it being a chain of those (leaves I think not stars)
That's what bothers me about it as well.

She's the 3ds version of wii u's link face lol.
The picture quality is bad, being an off screen shot, so you can't really make out much nuance.
The other pic shows the chain so I think that's all it is.

Now that you post those side by side, the chain of the necklace also looks different from the Brawl model. In the Final Smash art, it's much finer, and in the trophy models, it's really thick and barely noticeable to be an actual chain:
As opposed to the leak:
Which has much finer chain links, and looks more like the Uprising model's necklace:
The choker also seems a bit different, but that might just be the angle.
