Again I say Chibi Robo. He's the only character I really want in this game, no one else comes close really. Huge move set potential and I love his character design and the games themselves of course. I'm scared he'll be relegated to Assist Trophy or something though... I hope not.

Edit: Sin & Punishment character would be amazing also. I've been playing Star Successor after buying it a week ago and it's really phenomenonal. An S&P character probably has less of a chance than Chibi Robo though lol

Oh, probably Anna in that case. Since I don't think she'll have much of a shot at getting represented otherwise.

Let's just go full hog and make it an Aegislash that gives anyone that picks it up a long sword and shield. Offensively, it "eats" your health to stack damage/knockback on its attacks. Defensively, if an attack coming at you does less damage than the amount of health "eaten" by Aegis itself, the attack is nullified/parried when shielding.

If I have to add one it's either Rundas or Anthony Higgs. Higgs would have his machine gun, freeze ray, and plasma doober.
Darkrai as a pokeball would be a more improved hypnosis Pokemon and rather than a set range, it affects every one at random so at least 2 out of 3 of your opponents will be put to sleep.

For Pokémon, I'd like a Carbink that comes out and then shrugs off a Brave Bird from a Gale Wing Talonflame, and then the defeated Talonflame spirals out of control and crash-lands in an explosion of fire while Carbink lights up a cigar and floats away with his back turned because cool Pokémon don't look at explosions.

My most requested newcomer is Wonder Red. Or anyone from Wonderful 101, really. Whether it's a combination of the main Wonderful Ones who change when you use the different moves, three or so Wonderful Ones who can switch between each other ala Pokémon Trainer/Zelda, or Wonder Red who can control the others similar to Olimar.
Hah, he looks great. I should look out for the latest version of SSF2 now! I always thought it was a fun but flawed Smash clone, certainly a lot more playable and enjoyable compared to the crappy SSF1.
Seeing him in this only makes me want him in Smash 4 proper more now though. :V

The one character I'd want regardless of feasibility is Reyn from Xenoblade. Yeah Reyn time!

I'd be happy with just Mega Man, WFT a close second. I'm still iffy on Villager (his moves look too elaborate) and I wish Rosalina could just be Rosalina without Luma; it's the Pikmin/Olimar problem all over again for me.
Can't believe no one's stepped forward to claim reponsibility for the Palutena images. If they're fake, a crapton of time went into them, and I'm sure the creator would have revealed themselves by now.
That said, loads of people apparently have a ton of free time, so I'm still not ruling it out. I'm sure the "starman" on her belt is just the top of that laurel/diamond chain thing, with the "eyes" being the edge shadows of the center chain.
So I guess we just won't know for sure until the faker comes forward or Sakurai reveals her. I just hope she's not an Assist Trophy; more females on the roster would make my year.
EDIT: Most desired newcomer? Tossup between Black Shadow, Kumatora, Krystal, and Lucina...
I guess I gotta go with Kumatora. Though honestly I only see her becoming an Assist Trophy if that. Black Shadow is a close second though. Total BS is BS isn't in.

I think a good way to implement a TW101 character would be as follows:
Only one character is shown onscreen at a time. You can switch between them, like Pokémon Trainer. So start as Red, and switch to Blue, then Green, etc. Changing the character changes their normal attacks, I.E. Red is all about fisticuffs, Blue is all about swordplay, Green is all about his gun (yes, for his normal attacks -- like Mega Man). But then, when you use their specials, you get the full-sized Unite Morph, in which you can see all of the other Wonderful Ones interlocking to form the morph. So Red can punch with a super-sized fist and lob fireballs, Blue can slice and dice with a massive blade and unleash lightning bolts, Green can fire human bullets out of a massive pistol or bazooka and even gather up his foes to use as projectiles. And so on, and so forth. And their shared recovery move could be the hang-glider.
It'd require a lot of work, but such a character would truly capture the team element of The Wonderful 101.

Simon Belmont. As far I'm concerned him and Mega Man would pretty much complete the roster. There aren't a whole lot of Nintendo characters left that I think really demand a spot as much as I would like to see some of them. Guest characters are mostly taken care of as well aside from Simon. I mean Bomberman, Goemon, a classic FF or DQ character are really the only other options I can think of.
It would be interesting to see if tournament rules would revolve around that mode, if its seen as the most entertaining with out being broken.
Smash has so much potential.

First, he comes out and uses Taunt. Everyone who is doing anything other than an attack fails to do what they were trying to do, I.E. those trying to recover simply fall, etc. Then Sableye uses Will-O-Wisp and inflicts everyone with Burn status, reducing their attack power in the process. Then the players try attacking Sableye, because he won't go away normally, but he holds on with Focus Sash, and then uses Recover. He then uses Foul Play on the nearest player, and powerhouse characters like Ganondorf and Bowser are hit the hardest by this, because it calculates its power based on the target's Attack stat, not Sableye's.
Sounds reasonable. Yep.

The hero SmashGAF deserves. Definitely the one it needs right now, at least.
Gonna go with the flow here and add one more vote to the ol' Blue Bomber. Mega Man is definitely the best pick that could've been made.
Not that I'd have minded Banjo/Kazooie or Tails or Raiden or anything.
