Journalist giving high scores to a game with so many performance issues, are just helping a company scamming gamers.

Having the right perspective is everything. Reviewers usually have high-end PCs, and this game runs well on such PC (especially with DLSS), whereas most Steam users play on PCs that are close to the minimum requirements (RTX3060). Many PC gamers simply can't play borderlands 4 with an acceptable level of quality, which is why they're giving it low scores.
