Maybe if they are cheating on their taxes. If a Z-lister like Lindsay Lohan can get away with her crap time and time again, I don't see Bieber doing jail any time soon.

Although there is a video going around that some teenage chicks took of the arrest. The funniest part is their commentary. This douchebag Bieber just makes the girls wet for some reason.

According to the police report -- obtained by TMZ -- cops approached Bieber's car and the instantly realized he reeked of alcohol and had bloodshot eyes. He had a "stupor" look on his face.

The police report says ... Bieber was defiant from the get go, yelling at the cops, "Why the f**k are you doing this? He also yelled, "What the f**k did I do. Why did you stop me?"

When the officer tried to perform a routine pat down, Bieber said, "I ain't got no f**king weapons, why do you have to search me? What the f**k is this about?"

Now the basis for the resisting arrest charge -- Before the pat down, as Bieber got out of the car, he "kept going into his pants pocket." The cop ordered him to put his hands on the vehicle, and Bieber initially complied but soon took his hands off the car, turned and then cussed out the cop.

The report says Justin was driving between 55 and 60 MPH in a 30 MPH residential area.

Man, that cop was either some sort of saint or really didn't want to face the wrath of all the distraught 11 year old girls.
 
Man, never before have I wanted so badly to see someone come crashing down from fame as much as I do with this douchebag. It's not even his music, or his look, or any of that. It's just his attitude and the lack of respect he seems to have for everyone else in the world, including those that work for him. Ugh.
 
Just once I wish a celebrity was treated like a normal person. Give him a penalty that a normal person would get. Stop letting him off.

The sad part is that I semi-respected him a couple years ago. I don't like his music, but he seemed to do quite a bit for his fans. He's definitely gone off the deep end the past year or so though and needs some serious help.

My feelings as well. I never loved his music, but he was talented for his age and seemed like an OK kid. I guess this is the usual string of dumb things people often do when they become famous young; drugs, alcohol, and a shitty attitude. He'll be fine in the long run, but it'll be a rough few years for him here if he doesn't cut this shit out.
 
This is all because everyone made fun of his douchy haircut and the whole teeny bopper thing when he first came onto the scene. The tattoos, the thug life, the hos - all to prove he's hard. God knows where this kid will end up one day in his childish desire to show he's a tough guy.

Probably with the word murder tattooed on his forehead and a major drug habit.
