You played AC4?

No. But I did play AC, AC2, AC:Bro and AC3. The latter two of which I did not get beyond 1/3 because I just couldn't take it. I cannot stomach any more of the oversimplified combat, terrible stealth and endless filler / collectathons. The addition of a simple naval combat system in AC3 was like putting a bandaid over an amputated limb. Even if AC4 fixed my story / level structure / boring overworld concerns, the core of what you play minute-to-minute in Assassin's Creed is something I am utterly burned out on.

I guess I can throw out that all the mods had good tastes in games and women out the window.

(This was a personal theory that had no merit to begin with)
