Pretty sure EatChildren had heard some stuff about a potential Bayo 1 port as well.
Seeing that Pit has been revamped, do you think his killing potential has gone up or will he still be relying on a psuedo Puff "Fence of Pain" tactic?
I hope his knockback increased since the Wall of Pain tactic is really only viable with Puff and to an extent Kirby.
Are changes with Peach purely aesthetic or do you think he'll be a powerhouse like she was in Melee? Her recovery was amazing and her F-airs and D-airs and turnip game was toned down significantly in Brawl.
Will Mega Man be a purely spacing character? His Rush recovery move seems to only cover horizontally like Sonic's spring, except Mega Man doesn't benefit from the extra momentum given by spin moves.
Has Sonic's moveset changed at all since most of his specials were redundant? His only viable move in Brawl was B-air and he was considerably buffed in PM.
Let's talk gameplay and subtle changes guys.

If I recall correctly he has some sort of connection with NoA whether he has a friend that works there or he himself works there. Although the extent of his knowledge seems to be ambiguous.
Pit: I really hope the change on his (I'm assuming Side B) to the Upper Dash Arm is an attempt to give him more KO potential. He did a serviceable job in Brawl by being a character who could get you to ridiculous levels of damage but only had two real KO moves (Bair and forward smash). At the same time, Project M's Pit shows that "Jiggly - Rest + Best Projectile in the game" might not be so bad after all. If Sakurai goes in a similar direction, I'm fully on board.
Peach and Sonic are too early to call although I think the latter might err closest to his previous incarnation. Megaman looks like he's going to be either fucking batshit or just good with no in between.

I certainly hope Sonic's buffed considerably to have more reliable killing moves. I mean, yeah, I know he's supposed to be that "death by a thousand cuts" kind of character (with some mind games sprinkled on top of that, with his multiple similar-looking but different-functionally Spin Dashes, which you mix up to keep opponents guessing), who racks up a lot of weak attacks and gets away with it because he's so damn fast, but those weak attacks aren't as useful in a game where you need to knock your opponent out of the ring.
He was disserviced by the lack of dash dancing in the game.
Brawl was much slower and the momentum from dashes were so minute that dashdancing lost all its purpose as a mindgame tool.

I was having a discussion here earlier where someone said Medusa wouldn't work well as a smash character without making it up. On the whim Ive been replaying uprising again and I have to say there is so many ideas they could use just based upon her boss battle in chapter 9. For example:
B- Laser Beam: shoots laser out of her eyes depending how long you charge you can temporarily petrify someone.
B-up- Teleport: used it a lot during battle against her
B-Over- Lobs projectiles like she did in Uprising
B-Down- hold her hand with the mouth on it that can absorb the attack
Her standard attacks can use her staff and snake hair to attack.
Final smash- her head detached from her body and she goes to her one eye form and flies around launching laser beams off her head.
I don't expect her or anyone other than Palutena to make it in but its nice to dream.

If you're talking about the actual leak, and not the powerpoint joke, then there's actually little to no evidence that this is a fake. All we can do right now is say we do or don't believe it, because there's just no real evidence to count it out.

Yeah, probably not every single direct, but at least those international big reveal ones will probably have a newcomer reveal.
If not a newcomer, at least maybe a feature revealed that is too much to explain in one image and caption haha
They'll likely do one once it's closer to release, and by that point, I'd rather stay in blissful ignorance and just wait to find it all out by myself.
I wouldn't resist a second if they announce a Smash Direct.
I really hope so. Even one a la the Kid Icarus Direct. Well not "how to play", but an overview on content.
When we get there though, yessssssssssss it will be exciting.

I dont know whats come over me but I feel its time for another character reveal guise, any other time I would say that its too soon...but for some reason im feeling it tonight.
I wouldn't be surprised if Richie returns. Sam's comics have taken a nosedive in sales while GotG continues to sell well...hell, Sam Nova's comics dropped off the radar as of recently. Knowing Richie's popularity & his impending likelihood of use in the MCU, we may get our favorite Nova back in the foreseeable future. Both Loeb & Bendis even hinted at Richie's eventual return early in their respective cosmic comics.
My guess, they're gonna put Richie with the GotG since many people commonly associate him with the Guardians, anyway.....plus he helped Star-Lord think of forming the inter-galactic ass-kicking force.
