As for why the top suggestion for Sweden is "Why is Sweden so good" I think I know why:I did the same search a few months ago and got the same results - except the top suggestion was "Why is Sweden so good at Counter-Strike". From the looks of it autocomplete isn't including Counter-Strike anymore even if you're spelling it out.

So the top suggestion for Sweden probably still is "Why is Sweden so good at Counter-Strike", it's just broken.
