Yeah, I understand. It's an unwritten rule. To be honest, I didn't root for the Raiders in their last SB. I didn't root for the Bucs either. To be honest I hope that the Raiders return to glory so we can get some old school hate brewing between us. Those were fun times. Although I imagine that the Broncos will decend as the Raiders ascend. It will be interesting to see how our division shakes up after Peyton hangs them up.

I would love to see a strong AFC West, with the Broncos, Chiefs and Raiders all competing and Phillip Rivers crying about all the sacks he takes.

Raiders were running their K-Mart Bluelight special this last year. We should do better with money for real players.
Yeah, the division improved this year. Raiders still languishing, but if they are smart with that mountain of cap money and continue to draft well, it will turn around fast. I think this coming offseason is a test to see if they have improved their football operations. I hope that keeping Allen was a good indication that they might be on the right track. I guess time will tell.

Manning's not retiring even if he does win.
I know. Champ might though, although most people say he won't. He'll take a paycut for certain if he comes back.

Champ is gone. Broncos definitely aren't keeping him. Either he plays for another team (doubtful) or this is it.

How many more years on his deal? He's 37 (38 in March). Brady is 36 (will turn 37 in August). I can see either or both of them going to 40.

I loved working Superbowl Sunday in the restaurant. Not busy at all. Very chill. Went to go get some pizzas for my coworkers.

No shit. A good old fashioned 3 inches an hour blizzard with 20 mpg winds across the field. Would make for an awesome game as teams adjust to the conditions. But, old man winter apparently is taking the day off.
