There's no good guys anymore. I think the show has been telling us this for awhile. They give us enough to know why the group does what they do, but they also give us enough to say, "this shit is bad"

Negan would still be raping women, giving people the ultimatum of joining or be killed, and taking their supplies and sometimes destroying it to fuck with them just because.

And this probably. I mean, at the end of the day, the Survivors are still I hell of a lot better than the Saviors. Rick's group doesn't fuck with people the way Negan does, but the group has done some bad shit nonetheless.
