That's like saying Dark Phoenix is the best character in the game if you started out as her...

...which is actually true.

Also Frank West even with LVL5 has some match ups that are problematic.

I don't know if you've ever used Dark Phoenix as a point character, but it's horribly underwhelming. I would pick Magneto or Spencer as a point character over Dark Phoenix any day. I honestly prefer that Phoenix die with 4 bars as a point character than get Dark Phoenix a lot of the time.

Edit: Just to explain, the life drain is really a sore spot. XF3 Dark Phoenix gets to bypass that, and even if she didn't she can rush so hard it doesn't matter because of the wicked speed boost. In non-X-Factor Dark Phoenix, it's always a struggle as your opponent turtles, knowing that you're dealing chip damage to yourself the longer he waits.
