It's a fine action movie and I'll watch a sequel happily but their Batman is far from what the comics and other movies have done.
Batman's "superpower" is his extreme willpower that grants him peak human stuff. The movie basically grounded Batman to reality and it's exactly what I think a real vigilante with deep pockets would be able to achieve (except for taking hundreds of bullets or crashing into a bridge and act as if it was nothing).
I like it, mainly because we're getting closer and closer to a batsuit design where the actor can finally move his neck. The batsuit design for movies has been way too stiff ever since the Burton films.
