This thread is a reboot from the older thread with several new additions and a new rule that should help cull down the list tremendously.
Anyways, I thought that Adult Swim Survivor was a pretty good idea from earlier this year so I want to up the stakes. If you haven't seen the previous thread, here are the basic rules.

1. Vote once each day for two shows that you want to eliminate and one show that you want to save from elimination.

2. At the end of each day, the top vote getters with the lowest amount of saves will be eliminated from the list and the round of voting will start over again.

3. The votes will be counted at Midnight EST each day.

4.When you vote,You MUST include a reason why you want it gone. It can just be a single sentence if you want.

5. Your votes should be formatted as such:

Kill: Show A​
Kill: Show B​
Save: Show C​

5. When it gets down to a top 10 list, the voting will switch to single elimination style. No more saves.

CatDog sucked, and I have no idea what The Mask is, but Bobby's World is amazing.
 
You're still missing The Dreamstone from the list. Ran from 1990 to 1995, four seasons with 52 episodes in total.

Catdog was terrible and unfunny and needs to be put on a farm where it can run free. Cow and Chicken was the one Cartoon Cartoon that made me go do something else for a while or change the channel.

Courage remains one of my favorite cartoons. superior dog.

Never got Spongebob, Johnny Bravo annoyed me, but Ren &Stimpy was fun and gave us stupid things to say.

I loved Captain Planet as a kid. I still do. But it wasn't a good show. I appreciate what it set out to accomplish, but as a cartoon it is in my opinion one of the biggest wastes of potential greatness I have ever seen. The concept is brilliant and what we could have had if it were put in the hands of people wanting to write a quality show first and send a message second makes me weep at what we got.

Never watched Mr. Bogus. It is an unfortunate casualty of my apathy.

A! RM, on the other hand is that studio playing to its strengths. Their character design was never pretty, so they make a universe where the goal is to be grotesque. It has strong scenario writing and the characters are interesting and have some surprising depth. It's Monsters Inc and Harry Potter before either of those things existed.

Rocket Power is hands down the worst Klasky-Csupo show on the list. It is a prime example of 90s EXTREME in a time where even the 90s was getting sick of it. Reggie and Sam were just barely likeable, Twister was forgettable, and Otto was an asshole. It's a show about kids wherein the adults are far more interesting... and they still aren't all that interesting.

In short, get that shit OUT of here!

Catdog was never funny, and I always thought Cow and Chicken was mostly just crude. Saving Samurai Pizza Cats because cyborg cats.

Never heard of, so this gets my vote. Although there's more shows I've never heard of added now.

Never liked this at all, so away it goes.

I saw lots of people with kill votes for this last time around. I liked it so I'm voting save.

Easily the worst nicktoon of its generation (came out with aah real monsters and angry beavers not that beavers was great but it was better than Catdog)
Kill: Captain Planet
It message was a smug "let's save the planet through our friendship" except the only thing the friends could do was "help us Captain Planet we can't do it on our own". If there was ever a poor message in helping the environment it was that. Every person Can make a difference and you should not wait for someone else to come in and fix it. The villians being charactures of big industry and 1 dimensional is another entire topic.

From the series to the direct to video movie just a really fun series.

Two shows, Catdog and Angry Beavers, that I just don't care for. I knew of them at the time they were new and I tried to watch them a little, but I just didn't care for them. Cow and Chicken was not even close to my favorite cartoon cartoon and it even bothered me at times, but I have found entertainment in it so this save is just to show a little appreciation for a show a lot of you seem to dislike. Pork Butts & Taters, people.
 
This list is far from comprehensive... there were an epic number of cartoon shows from the 90s. I mean, your list is missing so many shows....

Eek doesn't get the love he deserves... such fluid animation....

I'm seeing Angry Beavers hated and getting confused. That show has at least a few amazing episodes (Up All Night).

Catdog was just aimless and cheap.

When I was a kid, watching cartoons all day the sailor moon theme would come on I had to change the channel instantly. I hated that theme song. As a young adult I actually sat down to watch an episode of rugrats, man that show was awful....

Megaman show was absolute trash. South Park was terrible juvenille garbage in the 90s and did not become amazing until the 2000s.

Beast Wars remains the best transformers show.

Didn't like the character designs for The Wild Thornberrys and Catdog I never got into

Save: Batman The Animated Series I pretty much watched this show religiously after school

I and many voted to kill off Rocket Power in the previous thread, and it does suck, but it never got in my way like Kablam! Probably because I was in school while it was on air most of the time.

Saturday? nights felt barren of anything good to watch around the time Kablam! came on. A sudden void of shit and suffering. All I wanted was a good cartoon. Anything with the same calibur as 98% of the list.

Daria is probably the most well-written clever show on the list. I have no idea what The Adventures of Don Coyote and Sancho Panda is, its the only show on the list I've never heard of so clearly it doesn't belong and its title is too long. Angry beavers was one of those uninspired late 90s nickelodeon cartoons that sucked along with CatDog. Catdog seems to be getting enough hate though.
 
Kill: Ed Edd Eddy. Fuck this show. Thinking about it makes me want to vomit, show use to give me headaches with those god dam squiggly lines. Seriously fuck this show, it is the bane of my existence.

Kill: Ren and Stimpy. Show creeped me out, was never a fan.

Save: Beavis and Butthead. The two are so stupid yet hilarious. I'd use the vote on something like Dexter or Powerpuff but I feel enough people will vote for those shows and they are awesome. so I'll try and save Bevis.

kill •Ed, Edd, and Eddy - stupid show that's not funny. its like beavis and butthead without the edginess... or the humor.

kill •Biker Mice From Mars - thought it was stupid even as a kid. never watched it because the commercials painted it as just another crap show that was part of the anthropormorphic animals with attittude craze. for other crap examples see: street sharks

save: Freakazoid - funny hero show. it was basically like Batman meets Animaniacs.

Glad to see others rally against ed edd and eddy. also i wont shed too many tears for catdog going down.

No Mighty Max? I had to double check Fantastic Max to make sure that was a different show. And actually Fantastic Max is more of a late 80s show.

Ed, Edd, and Eddy is just too ugly, too loud and too stupid. Same goes for Cow and Chicken. And Eek is probably my favorite 90s toon.

Kill: Angry Beavers: almost as bad as Cat Dog

Save: Eek the Cat: hilarious and Sharkey was awesome

I didn't even realize that Fantastic Max was almost exclusively an 80's cartoon. I only ever watched in the 90s because it was part of the early Saturday cartoon block before Eek the cat came on.
