It kinda breaks my heart that this thread killed Ah! Real Monsters over Eek! The Cat. I was never a huge fan of Ren and Stimpy either because it was a little over the top, but I'm not going to waste my votes on it because I can see the love in this thread and I respect that.
What I don't get, is the kill votes for SWAT Cats. Someone please explain. That was my favorite show on TV until the third season of Reboot (the one where Enzo is a badass). The combination of awesome music, an awesome jet that has a drop in motorcycle, awesome weapons, and a couple of brothers that run a junkyard and save the world. Don't get me wrong, I loved TMNT and most every other show on the OP list, but SWAT Cats seemed to have it all. Sooo....

It is with a heavy heart that I must say that Angry Beavers leaves the island with an astounding 19 kills and 6 saves for a total of 13. We also had a tie for 2nd place. Carmen S got 10 kills and 2 saves while Big Guy got 8 kills and 0 saves and according to the rules, Big Guy leaves because it has less saves.

It's a toss up between that and maybe going for Bobby's World and/or Hercules. I still haven't made my mind up yet. Though Eek! the Cat does already have two kill votes as well.

Yeah, it really did. That show was actually -3 votes and was the lowest show on the list with only 4 kills and 7 saves.

Both Rugrats votes were one guys doing, unless I'm mistaken. I don't think there's any real support for even touching it right now.
I never saw Eek or Bobby's World that I can remember, so I'm fine with either. I remember liking Hercules, but that may be the movie I'm remembering.

Yeah, I voted a double kill for that show. It's god awful. Sadly, it seems it will be there for awhile longer, but when the opportunity arises, I will strike again. :]

You're killing off SWAT Kats before Carmen Sandiego? Why? This thread confuses me. Everywhere I go, when I hear a 90's kid show conversation strike up SWAT Kats is always up there with the likes of Gargoyles and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. What did you dislike? The fact they were cats? If every anthropomorphic show caught crap, a huge majority of these shows would be hated. Ren and Stimpy included. You hate it even more than Eek! The Cat, a cheesy knockoff of the Garfield cartoon (which wasn't even good enough to make the OP list). The only reason SWAT Kats went of air is because Ted Turner (creator of Captain Planet in 1990) thought it was "too violent" and since his company had just bought hanna barbara around 1992, decided to kill SWAT Kats.
In the end I respect your opinion, I just want to understand why.....

SM was on every morning whilst I was sick in the hospital, and it holds a special place to me. It got replaced one day by Samurai pizza cats which is why I wanted that gone.
I can hardly recall SK to be totally fair.
I can understand the want for revenge. I loved sailor moon. If I'd been here sooner I would have been trying to save it over many of these shows. It was shows like that, ronin warriors, gundam wing, and dbz that brought me to anime. All because of Cartoon Network. Eek, actually wasn't that bad, but it didn't seem much more than a merging of Bobby's World and Garfield. Which I loved both of those as well. Maybe I'll switch my future kills votes to take out hercules as I don't remember that show being nearly as entertaining as its other serial disney counterparts. Honestly it's going to be pretty hard for me to vote for kills from here on out.
Though I don't understand why Tale Spin and Duck Tales is on there but Chip n Dale Rescue Rangers is not. Those three we're all equally great.

The only thing I remember about SK is that there's a character who shares the same voice actor with Skinner's mom from the Simpsons and Mom from Futurama.

found Carmen to be bland and very, very formulaic even as a kid and Johnny Bravo just rubbed me off the wrong way. never found him funny. Superman animated starts off good, has a few boring episodes in it's mid -seasons and then ends on a very high note.

Some people on here believe Swat Katz to be another rip-off of TMNT, like Street Sharks, Extreme Dinosaurs, Cow Boys of Moo-Mesa (which was made by the TMNT co-creator), Biker Mice from Mars, Battle Toads, the list goes on, but the only thing they had in common were anthropomorphic characters. Other than that, the shows had completely different tones, attitudes, personalities, stories, characters, enemies etc... Hell, Jake and Chance didn't even follow the "archetype" for their personalities (Focused one, Smart one, Serious one, Goofy one), they simply had personalities. It's too much too explain for this thread.
OT:
Kill: Fantastic Max - Forgot this one was on here. Again, every bit of bad 90's children show corn is in this cartoon. It's just bad. The only character I grew to like was the over protective robot made out of toys. Max himself was very annoying and I'd ask who'd give their babies a hair cut like that, but facebook answered that already.
Kill: Carman Sandiago - Love the character, but the show wasn't very exciting or attention grabbing.
Save: Swat Kats - I really don't need to explain this more than I have.

R&S, as I've mentioned, was just as how that never clicked for me. I see it has a large fan-base though, which means I need to keep voting every day or else it will get farther than it deserves to (in my eyes).
SWAT Kats, on the other hand, was a fun show. Not the best ever, but fun enough that it deserves to fight another day.
