The guy in front looks like he's floating.

There appears to be almost a complete lack of shadows in these screens.

There are very obviously shadows there--the contrast isn't very high, but they're definitely there.

I had to look really hard but your right. They need to sort that out for starters. In fact. The whole scene looks a bit flat.

Gears of War on the other hand looks really deep and 3-d. Must be down to the lighting.

I hate work. Especially overtime. And the fact that I only had been here a week until they decided to block gaming sites (during E3 I might add). Might I find them somewhere else?

Looks great to me... I can't wait to play this, I adored CoD and United Offensive.
I hope they've got lots of spectacular set-pieces though, what with games like Kameo and all those err Samurai games all doing crowds now.

The clothing looks borked. It seems as if they're wearing rain-gear, and yet it's not. Rank does not appear on rain-gear.

????

smoke looks nice but the rest??? wtf

if you look next to the tank, the ground textures are all messed up, and that hole in the tarmac next to the Tank just looks so N64ish

Tiger tanks were pretty damn big, and weighed around 60 tons. Abrams did not exist in WWII, you must mean the Sherman.

ah yes i meant sherman, and tigers were big but not as big as a panzer, maybe its the camera angle.

Thanks for the screens. I am looking forward to this game, I was surprised how before TGS there were a good deal of people buzzing about this game, and now it seems that's died down. This game was playable at TGS and IGN had some hands on impressions. It sounds good if not very similar to other WW2 shooters control-wise. There's also a new vid on IGN showing the clip at the end of the North Africa stage where you call in an airstrike on a ship. The smoke effects are great and the textures on the buildings are sharp.

The Nazi uniforms are scary and stylish. Which I think is realistic, but disturbing all at once.

Anyhow, this is one of my launch titles I can't wait for single and multiplayer.

I think it looks nice overall but the wut kind of starch are they using? Its looks like someone purposefully ironed wrinkles into their clothing. :lol

Ill be happy when cloth physics become a regular thing, im tired of the fake wrinkles.
