If you really want a good horror film, rent Henry Portrait of a Serial Killer - the 20th anniversary edition which just came out a couple of weeks ago. Besides being one of the most disturbing horror films ever it includes a pretty facinating documentary on Henry Lee Lucas, the real life serial killer that the movie is based on.
A must see for any serious fan of the genre.
