Come on Stros, score another run so Phil doesn't pull Oswalt in the 9th.

"I'm watching you assholes...Biggio, Berkman, Ensberg...hit the motherfucking ball."

Shesus...

Game started at 1:10
It's 2:50.

Only 3 outs left.
Strike that...2 outs left.
80 pitches for Roy O...:lol

What is this? MVP

Exactly like MVP. One out left and you give up a retarded hit. :/

Friday's game was the only one to be ashamed of. Two of the best pitchers in the NL pitched yesterday and today. If you guys weren't so used to losing you'd be talking about how good your pitchers were instead of how bad we were!

Astros 3-0 all time vs the Jays...

Roy-O was simply too much for those Canadians to handle :D *dodges punchs from Fifty*

Roy O is a career 19-0 vs colored teams (not including Sox)

I think Roy O's racist...hates colored people. DIE REDS AND BLUE JAYS!

Do you guys HEAR THAT?

TEN STRAIGHT VICTORIES!

You're next, Texas. Bring it.

Do you guys HEAR THAT?

FIVE STRAIGHT VICTORIES!

You're next, Baltimore. Bring it.

Heh, that's creepy...both of our teams are battling the other's team's interleague rival.

Roy-O's been watching some old MJ videos..

Oh yeah! Hee-Seop Choi with 3 HR's, J.D Drew with 1 and that's all we needed. I gotta eat some crow on D.J Houlton, quite an impressive start. He got out of some really tough jams created by the defense. Gagne with Save to finish it off!

jesus fuck rowand crushed that ball. landed in the fucking upper deck.

total clutch hitting from him today. we're finally above .500 in extra inning games :)

Dodger Fan, here is a brief injury update:

Perez:
Odalis Perez threw a bullpen session without discomfort Sunday, and will next appear for Triple-A Las Vegas Wednesday against Sacramento in the first of what figures to be two or three Minor League rehabilitation assignments. Perez's shoulder finally appears to be improving.

Bradely/Bako:
Disabled outfielder Milton Bradley's torn finger ligament has responded enough to allow him to go on the Kansas City trip, and he is hoping to be activated by the end of the week. Disabled catcher Paul Bako also will make the trip and will catch a bullpen session Tuesday to test his healing knee.

Izturis:
I had one like this in the Minor Leagues, I don't remember what level I was at, but it took about a week," Izturis said. The club is hopeful that by taking him out of Saturday's game, treating him throughout Sunday's game and with a day off Monday, Izturis might be ready to play in Kansas City Tuesday night.

That all I got Dodger Fan...

Ohh, Penny made it official and inked his new deal. He got a $3 million dollar signing bonus and will be payed $4.5, $7, and $8 million over the next three years with LA having an option for the fourth year at $9.25 or a paying $2 million buyout.

Am I the only person in America who could give a shit that the Cubs are playing the Red Sox?

do you WANT baseball to die?

By showcasing the two feel good stories of the year from two of the best markets in baseball as they go head to head in an epic matchup featuring Ozzie's talent troupe of old school baseball throwbacks and Frank Robinson's posse of intangibles?

YES.

YES.

In your mind... no one cares about either team...

The average Nationals attendance of 32,000 fans per game seem disagree with you, in addition to the NL-leading caps sales. Suckah.

And the White Sox are one of the best teams in the league, if not the best, backed by one of the most storied histories in MLB. Suckah.

Don't be bitter because the Mets are slowly, but surely, going to the cellar.

roger that.

i'm sick of the fucking haters. we're gonna make the playoffs, for sure. if our rotation stays healthy, we're unreal. in a 5 or 7 game series, Buehrle, Garland, Freddy Garcia, Contreras, El Duque.....if they keep this us, we can't be stopped.
now there's no way we can keep this up....but our offense will not stay this bad.

also, everyone forgets about our 4 headed monster bullpen:

Cotts: 22.2 IP, 23 Ks, 13 hits, 2.38 ERA
Politte: 24 IP, 27 Ks, 11 hits, 1.50 ERA
Marte: 23 IP, 25 Ks, 22 hits, 2.35 ERA
Hermanson: 27.1 IP, 17 Ks, 24 hits, 1.65 ERA

not to mention Pods already has over 30 stolen bases. but hey, if our pitchers stay this good, no one will stop us.
but people need to stop calling us lucky or a fluke. no matter what people THINK will happen later this year, up until now we have played this good

Whereas the Nationals are lucky and/or a fluke! There's no chance of a repeat here. It's the magic of intangibles! TEAMWORK. HEART. AND ALL THAT JAZZ.

We won 2 of 3 against Boston. Tonight we beat Florida as we place the all might Koronka against....

Willis.

Hey, if Sergio Mitre can out duel Halladay miracles can happen!

:lol
I bought that game months ago to challenge some online fools I know, but I suck at it so I don't play. How the fuck do you bat in that shit? Is it ALL just timing?

great day for chicago baseball

:lol :lol :lol

wednesday i have front row seats for the game, right down the first base line. should be fun

God damn MVP, I JUST BARELY got out of the "Final Score" screen. I've been staring at that goddamned box score forever. Berkman goes motherfucking 1-10...WHAT?

At least i kept Johnny Estrada to an 0-9 game.

Christ...12th inning I scored a run in the top of the inning, only to have it matched the bottom half of the inning...
13th-20th go scoreless.
21st I hit a 400 foot blast to RF...
Bottom of the inning....
single...single....walk....
(I bring in my LAST pitcher....Roger Clemens...who had pitched the day before....and started off at 50% stamina -_-)
blooper JUST IN FRONT of the RF....>_<

2 runs score....game ovah. 21 innings DOWN THE DRAIN

CNNSI has an article from one of their baseball writers about how Tony Womack is in the midst of a "historically bad" season for an outfielder. I didn't realize he was *that* bad, but the numbers say he'll be statistically have one of the worst seasons ever by an OF. There's also some funny numbers about Giambi's struggles.

I guess I'm not quite so lazy I can't post a link.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-URNS! Another day, Another injury! Gagne likely to go back on the D.L with problems in the elbow similar to what had him there before the start of the season. Yhancy gets another shot at the closers role, hope he doesnt crack like he did stepping back to the set-up man for Gagne.

CHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOI with another HR in his first at bat. But were already losing 2-1 after Weaver gives up a 2 run HR. :lol
