2012 NBA Playoffs |OT2| OKC VS LA: Black on Black Crime

Wasn't pretty, but taking back home court advantage is big.

Heat bench still needs to do more.

I'm counting on m33m to be a non-factor...which means Battier and James Jones are gonna have to hit those 3s. And it would be great if Udonis keeps this up...he hasn't had a single game like this all year. I hope this gets his confidence back

Indiana can't get traditionally blown out due to fuckball, but I'd say that that still lose to Miami convincingly in the next two games.

Or you can be scurred and remember how I was right about the Lakers getting pushed to 7 by Denver.

I don't remember if you called that at 3-1. I believe you said that at the start of the series and I agreed that it would be a long (6 or 7) game series, sooo...

Well, I was responding to you saying they'd get blown out, not just losing. I don't know how you want to define "convincingly." Was today a convincing win? I'd say no.

I wouldn't say I'm shrugging it off, just not fellating him for what would have been a losing performance if another player wasn't hitting shot after shot late when it was still a relatively close ball game.

40/17/9 is an extremely praiseworthy effort regardless of whether they actually won the game or not. Or would you have preferred Lebron to seal the deal with 50?

That's why it's basketball, damn it. Udonis isn't hitting those shots if LeBron isn't getting him the most wide open looks in the history of the game because Indy is doubling the shit out of him

It all goes in hand in hand. UD gets a lot of credit. LeBron gets way more because of what he did in the game overall.

*deep fucking sigh*, you old man

taking the bet? Miami in 6 or not?

Guarantee I'm going to screw up this post? Yeah.
Stop trying to undermine Haslem's performance just to pump up your favorite player bro

ur worse than Konex with your nuthugging

Shitting on your role players doesn't make your star any more great

Your comment about Udonis being the reason the Heat won the game sure brought butt loads of objectivity to the discussion.

I still think the Heat will lose the series, it took a crazy game from Lebron and Wade to pull out a win, I don't see that happening 2 more games...

Yes... All he needed to do WAS FUCKING DROP 40 AND NEARLY A TRIPLE DOUBLE. Thats all.

Not even a triple double, I'm not sure whats so impressive. Only 9 assists when the ball is in his hands that often?

Classic case of how he doesn't make his teammates better. Notice how Haslem only caught fire when Lebron went to the bench. Good thing too, because without those jumpers, we'd all be talking about one of the most epic playoff chokes of all time.

Why wouldn't you praise Lebron for his performance today? Because if his team lost, you can't admire his stats?

So proud of UD.

While this was probably my favorite win of the season we can't rely on Lebron and Wade dropping 70 everytime. Just aint gonna cut it night in and night out.

Still I'm happy with the win. Let's go Heat!

The heat were down 8 going into the 3rd and lebron didn't roll over and give up like he did last game where it was more winnable going into the 3rd. He came out and did something GOAT level.

They just have to survive until the next series when they get Bosh back (I assume).

Are we going to ignore the incredible defense Battier played on West?

He did play him well.

I still think Vogel is a clown though. West getting fronted by a much smaller man in the high post? PUT HIS ASS IN THE LOW POST

Ph33nix if he doesn't go 20-20 55points 20 rebounds and 15 assists Lebron won't be recognized....

Man it feels so good to win this game. Fuck what you all say about it being the Pacers, this is a tough series for us.

Good to see LBJ shut the critics up for a day and welcome back wade.

This on the other hand:

34 E. Curry	-	-	-	-	-	-[/B]

Sigh...

Bosh we need you man.

I don't get some of you guys, if Bron doesn't go off and keep the game as it was, Haslem is not in a position for those shots to mean something in that point of the game (those shots were big, no doubt though).

It all adds up, the entirety of the game needs to be looked at, not just the last 2 minutes every time.

Bron chokes alot, but this game was DAMN good. He deserves alot of credit.

Honestly i think the Pacers could still take this thing. The past two games (didn't see the first) they've been sleep walking a bit and it's been more the heat losing than them making an effort to dominate.

Also what is with Granger? Seriously every game he tries to "start" something. He just looks like a wuss who wants to seem tough, he always just walks up and gets in somebodies face but then just lets a single teammate pull him away.

If he does it game 5 get some worth out of a tech and at least shove somebody.
