Just got offered a trade in my 12 team league. He wants V Jax and LaFell for Justin Forsett. I'd consider VJax for Forsett straight up, since I have been hurting at RB after Ball and Spiller went down/shit the bed.

My WR core is really good. Julio Jones, Emmanuel Sanders, VJax, and Andre Johnson. Then I have LaFell and Cecil Shorts on the bench.

My RBs are lacking right now. Ball and Spiller. I picked up Hillman who was great for me this week. Then I have Ingram who will hopefully get back to where he was earlier in the season. I have Hyde on the bench too.

So I'm not really sure where I want to go with us. Any input would be great.

This league was great at first, 3-0 start. But unfortunately, I've gone 0-4 since. D:

If you would be willing to do VJackson straight up for him, then you have no reason not to also include LaFell. There is probably someone on your waiver wire just as good if not better than him.

Not sure if I'm just being conservative or not, but need some advice. I am 3-4 right now in a ten team league, even though I am 3rd in points scored. My biggest issue is RB's right now as they just haven't been cutting it:

A Rodgers
A Morris
J Forsett
A Brown
M Wallace
J Whitten
R Cobb
J Whitten
S Gostkowski

AJ Green
T Richardson
D Bowe
J Jones

I have a trade offer of Arian Foster and Dwayne Allen for AJ Green and Justin Forsett. I have no qualms about losing AJ right now, but Forsett has been awesome for me and I'm wondering if Foster would be a good enough upgrade to make up for it? Alfred Morris has been garbage, though with RG3 back soon he may pick it up (though not likely as their Oline is bunk).

Any thoughts? My receiver depth just seems to good to be true to not get something in return.

Having a garbage year, last week traded McCoy for Ben Tate and Deshawn Jackson. My teams receiving has been brutal.

My one bright spot has been Andrew Luck, I'm in deep trouble receiving wise and I'm thinking of packaging Luck and White(atl) for a RB/WR return. What is my trade worth in your opinion?
What kind of returns should I be expecting?

Ya I wouldnt be including lafell. I just added that in because he had him in the original trade.

Trying to get rid of some depth on my team. Pitched a Torrey Smith and Delanie Walker for Odell Beckham Jr. deal to a struggling owner with bye week issues (Donnell, ODB, Crabtree on Bye). Probably overpaying a bit but I have Eli Manning and I need some of that Giants WR core.
Coach Jeff Fisher said "it'll be a week-to-week thing" at running back for the Rams.

"Zac [Stacy] could get 25 carries this week," Fisher continued. "We had some things in early this week. It was working so we decided to stay with [Tre Mason]. It’s nothing that Zac has done or hasn’t done." Fisher clearly hates fantasy football. He's also never been a coach who favors a committee approach in the backfield. Most weeks, it's going to either be Mason or Stacy. And beat writer Nick Wagoner expects Mason to get the first look Week 8 against the Chiefs.
... I'm hoping you guys didn't go all out for Tre Mason.

I used my first waiver claim on him, but only because people are weak at RB and I'm hoping for one more good week and then to deal him for a WR2/3 level player or as part of a package. Definitely won't be relying on him.

We do FAAB and I was reading about people paying $45-50 bucks for him... he's good but he doesn't pass block at all, and his team's schedule is not friendly. Brown at least locked into a more defined role (he SHOULD be the starter over Dixon, then when FJax comes back mix in on passing downs) and will be on the field because he can pass block.

Yeah that's way too much FAAB, especially with that upcoming schedule. All I want is him to do well enough this week that I can maybe package him with Roddy White and get myself a Lamar Miller type in return, or a trade of that nature.

I just dropped Stacy for Mason after wasting a 2nd rounder on him(so stupid). Fuck Jeff Fisher and the Rams as an organization. Move to fucking LA already.

Yeah initially I didn't want to do this with Bryce. I have Ben Tate and Crowell, plus Rashad Jennings on Bye but I'm getting worried about him for Week 9. May have to see if I can package Brown and maybe a WR on the rise like Allen Robinson for a RB2 guy like Ivory.

In fairness Mason will get the first look, if he plays well I can't see Fisher going Shanahan on people. I just feel alot of his work will be dependent on game flow.

I wouldn't trust Jeff Fisher on this stuff. There's plenty of good evidence to not trust coach's comments on this at all. I'd agree Mason's schedule is a question mark but there's just too much value there and Stacy is basically droppable. Sure, the Rams could go back to Stacy, but given they've hardly tried since the bye I'm guessing they run Mason and Cunningham to see what they have.

I'm considering dropping Cameron for Walker or Allen. Any thoughts?

I'd feel uneasy about Walker but Allen seems like a safe low-ceiling bet right now. I start Cameron weekly and it's agonizing. He should be good but the Browns...well, we'll see what happens with the Manziel show. Cameron is getting targets, but he's total boom or bust.

Hey FantasyGAF, I'm looking for some trade advice.

Matt Ryan is my QB in a 14 team (0.5pt. PPR) league, and I don't have a solid backup much to my chagrin. One guy in our league has both Russell Wilson and Tom Brady and I am trying to grab Brady off of him to replace the reeling Matty-Ice (who I don't think will get better any time soon with that devastated line).

I offered him Alshon Jeffery for Brady and Michael Floyd.

He countered with Jeffery for Brady and Brian Quick.

Is this an offer I should take?

QB's in our league get 6 points per touchdown and typically are always the highest scorers by season's end (of our top 15 highest scoring players, 13 are quarterbacks).

As for depth, I also have:

WR:
Antonio Brown
Sammy Watkins
Doug Baldwin
Brian Hartline
Jason Avant

RB:
Jamaal Charles
Rashad Jennings
Bishop Sankey
Bobby Rainey
Bernard Pierce

He also has Demarco Murray, T. Richardson, A. Johnson, D. Sproles, Brandon LaFell and Mike Evans.

What say you?

ugh, need halp

Rivers or Wilson...

Rivers is projected 22 against Denver tonight. I have Eddie Royal so I could potentially double dip. I'm not sure how good Denver's D is, but this has shootout potential written all over it.

Wilson is projected 31 against an awful Carolina D. But who knows if he can really put up 31 against them, or would even need to.

Is there no viable QB options on waivers? Sounds like even a bad QB can get you some points.

If there is no one freely available, and you feel certain that Ryan won't return to form, I would probably do that deal. You have some good receiver depth already and Quick isn't a bad one to add either.

14-team Standard league w/ double flex (W/R/T and W/T). Just pulled off a trade to get rid of depth and acquire a solid #2 RB. I dealt Bryce Brown, Torrey Smith, and Delanie Walker to acquire Joique Bell. My team prior to deal

QB: Eli Manning
RB: Ben Tate, Rashad Jennings, Bryce Brown, Isaiah Crowell
WR: Demaryius Thomas, Antonio Brown, Golden Tate III, Torrey Smith, Allen Robinson
TE: Jordan Reed, Delanie Walker
K: Matt Prater
D: Cleveland

Thoughts? I peddled those guys to owners of Justin Forsett and Jerick McKinnon and the Joique owner was the first to accept. I didn't need Walker or Smith at this point, if I didn't play them they're dead weight.

Quick is being neglected in that O though. I'd play the streaming QB game than do that deal. Now if he gave you Evans... that's different.

Rivers and Wilson have both been looking sick lately, but Rivers has a better team this year. And that matchup... I'd go Wilson.

Don't yell at me tomorrow if Rivers kills it tonight though :)

Wilson IMHO. Denver's secondary is not really bad, and the receiving weapons for Rivers outside of Gates and Oliver will be in for a long night.

The only viable option I see on the wire at the moment is Orton. He is consistent at the very least. Hoyer, Bridgewater, Glennon, and Fitzmagic are also out there as well.

I am currently in 2nd place (with the second highest point total), so I am a bit hesitant to pull the trigger. Even if QBs are power players in our league, I have gotten this far with Ryan's middling play these past few weeks and my roster is fairly well put together...

Evans intrigues me as an alternative to Quick (as someone mentioned) but I would be concerned about starting two rookie WRs both on subpar teams.

My gut said Wilson as soon as I read it. The more I think about it, I would still go with Russ. Carolina's defense is bunk, but the Rams put some points on the Hawks last week so I would expect Cam to be able to do the same. I think Wilson gets a full game out there.

Couple questions:
WR3: Denard Robinson (qualifies in Yahoo leagues) or Marques Colston
RB/Flex (need 3): Lamar Miller, Ben Tate, Jerick McKinnon, Mark Ingram, Jeremy Hill, Bobby Rainey...

Leaning towards Robinson, Miller, Tate, McKinnon...but having a tough time...

thanks!

Wanted an opinion on a trade I'm considering offering.
Antonio Gates and Steve Smith Sr. for Dez Bryant.

Other team is hurting for a decent TE, so I figure on taking advantage of that. And the week I play him, Gates is on Bye.

Go for it!

Antonio Gates or Doug Baldwin/Sanu..
Sanu is facing a tough Baltimore secondary. I'd go Gates.
I want to start Malcolm Floyd tonight but I'm scared about how shitty teams have looked on Thursday nights.
I doubt Floyd gets Talib, but he's boom or bust since he depends on the deep ball. Depends on your other options IMHO.

You got what I'd pick.

My team is so bad (Fred Jackson and Rasheed Jennings injuries boned me) that it's basically between him and Andrew Hawkins for my flex

I have to start 3 out of Demaryius Thomas, Keenan Allen, Kelvin Benjamin and Vincent Jackson.

I'm leaning toward Thomas, Allen, VJax right now.

Thomas is in never sit territory imo, even if he did have a slow start to the season he's in the rhythm post bye week. Got to like Vjax at home vs Vikings, especially with the trade deadline Tuesday and the rumors TB are trying to ship him. They may force it to him just to up his trade value. If Vjax can't get points this week, I wouldn't trust him any other week. So that really just leaves Allen in a should be shoot out vs Denver or Kelvin vs Sherman and the Seattle D. I like how Cam force feeds Kelvin the ball even vs the Seattle D, but I'd rather take the riskier upside play with Allen who I think has a higher ceiling for points.

In PPR: Golden Tate in London Vs the Falcons or Emmanuel Sanders tonight vs SD at home?
Tate III. He's locked into WR1 territory and Sanders never gives you TD.

Thomas, Benjamin and VJax. Allen has been terrible and should face Aquib Talib tonight, while Sherman rarely ever shadows a receiver. Benjamin will get a number of plays off Sherman.

Keenan Allen has yet to top five fantasy points in any game not against the Jaguars this season. Philip Rivers spreads it around too much, and while we know Allen has big-game potential in him, hard to think it'll emerge against a Broncos team allowing the fewest yards per reception to opposing wide receivers.

Need help picking a DEF for this week as the high pick I used on Seattle this year hasn't exactly panned out...

SEA Def vs Carolina
or
IND Def vs Pittsburgh

What say you all?

I have Jordy Nelson, Mike Wallace and Andre Johnson.

I have Welker on the bench and a friend is trying to convince me to play Welker but I don't think he's going to make an impact. Thoughts?
