Welp, a win's a win. Sabella needs to realize 4-3-3 works a lot better than 5-3-2.

That's why I'm absolutely sure we're going with 5-3-2 again next match.

Itching for Portugal - Germany tomorrow.

It's gonna be great.
It's gonna be great.

Nah, thankfully he realised his mistake quickly enough so I don't think he will fuck that up again.

Boring game, I was expecting much more from Argentina.

Bosnia improved a lot in the second half. 2-1 was deserved just because how much effort they displayed.

Again, playing like today, Argentina has no chance to end even in semis.

I hope they improve, I want to watch more killer matches.

Yea, Di Maria and Aguero, i can't decide who played the worst. Aguero was nowhere to be seen. Di Maria missed all the key passes, it was surreal.

Mascherano played ok. Messi as well, by far the most dangerous man. Gago at the second half did change the dynamics of the middle field.

Need to play 4-3-3 in the next game from the start.

Pjanic and Spahic the best on the pitch tonight.

Fuck if I wasn't cheering for a Bosnia goal at the end. Feel for them for that self goal. This should've been a tie.

Either way they will both make it through.

The first time I saw the gif it was uncaptioned and I thought he was saying "Injustica. The Jews did this"

i just realized that did work. the gif i have saved has the "injustica" part cut off, probably intentionally by whoever did it

Second half much better and about what I expect from Argentina. Sabella almost destroys the team with that starting line-up. Messi probably ordered those subs at half-time.

Messi had 26 passes in the first half, 73% were successful.

6 of those 26 were forward passes, 0 out of 6 were successful. (!)

Absymal performance by the so-called GOAT, statistics don't lie.

Against Iran? That would be kind of ridiculous.

Go look at the rest of his statistics. They don't lie.

Looks like a typical Ronaldo performance. All end product, not much buildup in his play.

International play stats?

When you're ribbing for a solitary poor performance as evidence that he isn't the greatest of all time, or - going by the tone of his post, and knowing full well he's also a Ronaldo fan - implying he isn't one of them, then... I guess statistics over the course of his entire career.

People seem to forget how good Messi was at the 2010 World Cup. Played deeper and was involved in 5 of their 10 goals at the tournament. But everyone lumps on shit like "lol didn't score"

Argentina looked like a one man team tonight. The central defense was abysmal, their midfield was even worse. So nonexistent that Messi had to track back so often to get collect the ball & get himself into the game. If Argentina play like this they'll be packing their bags as soon as they meet up with a contender in the knockout rounds as usual. Messi had a poor game overall, but if it weren't for him they wouldn't have won.
