2006 was my favourite since I actually attended some games, seeing Zidane play vs Brazil was amazing. Also went to the Italy - Germany semi, in which this happened.

That team was great at defending. Not at parking the bus because that was a very attacking team. But by using their intelligence and positioning themselves excellently they defended without needing to defend.

almost, but they could still advance if they beat ghana and germany beats usa. they would have to be big wins, though, since usa would have +5 goal difference in comparison to portugal at the start of the final round.

There is a legitimate confusion going on surrounding disabled people in wheelchairs. There have been several occassions where people were actually arrested for acting disabled while clearly they are not.

I know that there are plenty who can still, somewhat, stand but the general confusion and picture-taking needs to stop.

It's pretty silly, was someone in my class like that college and he certainly needed his wheelchair even if he could walk for a bit and stand up.
