I don't have an issue with GIF's from videos personally. It doesn't have to be specifically personal gameplay, just directly game related.
So not like video game memes, but I don't think there would be anything wrong with something like a GIF from a pre-rendered cutscene or something like that.
Are you using a mod for that HUD or is it in Brutal Doom?
Brutal doom is best played on levels designed around its gameplay mechanics. I highly recommend Beyond Hell and Earth.

Yes, gameplay is tons of fun but there will be times where you'll get really bored of the grind or find nothing new to do until an event.

I can't believe the inconsistencies they have in that stupid Sonic design.
Eyelids.. if the other characters don't have skin colored eyelids, neither should Sonic!

Been playing lots of (brutal) doom coop lately with a friend so I'll give that .wad a try
I think there can be some really cool moments from trailers that are worth sharing in a GIF format rather than a video. I can understand wanting more original GIF's but that starts to cross a weird line of people having to subjectively judge whether a GIF is original enough or not and that's a line I'm not really comfortable drawing.
I think original GIF's are the best and super cool! But I don't think that's all that should be allowed.

This makes me wish for a next-gen console re-release. Would do wonders for that pop-in.I really enjoyed Rage. The gunplay is so satisfying.
Added to the fact that my PC is schizophrenic with this game and either plays it at the utmost perfection or barely at all as a stuttering, stilted mess. And for a long time now its been in the barely-at-all side of things.
But yeah, the core gunplay was damn rewarding in an old school way.

Glad to hear. I think the levels are pretty fantastic.
I beat them the first time in coop too. They eventaully can get a bit back trackey though (not that that is a HUGE problem though).
