I do wish that Mitch would have been able to play since Michigan obviously had a weakness in almost every match-up in the paint this year. While he isn't the "raw talent" UK has, he does have the hustle and work ethic that would have made the paint competitive.

No other team went through the disappointment UK has after their pre-season expectations. And remember these are mostly 18 year olds. Our two sophomores who play lost in the NIT last year. They literally have never won at this level.
The Harrisons especially have been dumped on all year by the media and fans. For them to play as well as they have in the tourney and for one to make a shot to send us to the final four? Doesn't surprise me that they're celebrating like that.
I get that everyone loves to hate UK, but c'mon mang.

Wisconsin lost to fucking Nebraska. Then again, so did Michigan State. I just have a hard time seeing Wisconsin beating Kentucky, especially after the teams/experiences this team has had to go through to reach the Final Four. They've played one of the toughest roads to a Final Four (IMHO) against far talented teams. It'll be a damn good game either way.
Give me a break. Majority of the players on the team are quiet and aren't in the national spotlight as trash talkers. Take that nonsense and bias elsewhere.

I know what you're saying (and I agree), but they lost to Nebraska in the final regular season game of the year when they were playing for a potential 1 seed and got utterly dominated by a team that has essentially 0 basketball prominence or talent. You could say it didn't matter to them or that Nebraska played above their level or whatever, but there was also a lot on the line for Wisconsin. Either way, I'm stoked for the game and it'll be a great one (I'll more than likely be there =D).
Just to clarify, I'm from Nebraska and I've followed the team my entire life. It's amazing what Tim Miles has done for the program, but I don't think they're at some even semi-elite level yet where they can win against good teams consistently (see losing in the first round of the conference tourney and NCAA tourney). They absolutely played way beyond their level in that game, but they also showed how you can shut down Wisconsin.
