All I know is someone on the CBS panel said OSU can't duck Dayton anymore when the brackets were announced. So the "controversy" is out there somewhere but probably more in the eyes of Dayton people. It's a rivalry for them but OSU could care less and has nothing to gain by playing. Much like how Cincinnati fans like to claim Kentucky ducks them... There is no rivalry in our eyes and nothing to gain playing them as we have enough "rivalry" and made for TV games.
