I also don't get the point of him coaching players from the former coach...seems to me that could be a difficult gig if they by into your system. And its not like there any examples of a team just winning a championship while the coach just stood there like an asshole. Kevin Ollie coached the 2014 national champs, not Jim Calhoun.
