Aye. A few textures have been missed but the mod replaces almost everything with lore-friendly versions. You do get some textures that deviate from the what the game originally showed, but I think it's for the best.

Yeah, it's an almost impossible goal for Bethesda, I mean even the silliest sidequest in TW3 seems to have voice actors who really know what they're doing, that's sometimes even not the case for Bethesda's main quests!

This is what I love about PC gaming...you can even make games like this that would look dated years later and make them look good again with the right mods and tools.
