The skybox is not a video wtf...
It's a proper skybox. They just used pictures to create the modelling instead of designing it from scratch.

Everytime I see Forza Horizon 3 (Which looks beautiful BTW) I get more angry at Sony for closing Evolution Studios before we got a Motor Storm game from them on Ps4.
