Rejoice HDR is coming tomorrow to PS4 with 4.00. Quality will be even better, until PS4 Pro comes. (Well I hope devs update their games so soon).

I was surprised too that they were releasing it so quickly. We have to wait for devs to update their games with that feature though.
I don't think you can take screenshots of HDR.
Also if it did, for most of us without HDR screen we won't be able to see it :/

FH3 looks nice especially the sky, the rest is the same graphics engine as 2 no ?
Forza Horizon and Motorsport games share their engine. But it's not as simple as 'the rest is the same graphics engine'.
I know sadly. But at least those with native HDR TVs can enjoy such pics on their expensive TV sets.
It'd be such as a hassle to do that. As far as I know HDR images aren't yet supported by major browsers.
I hope people can keep it civil and keep the graphics discussing in the next-gen racing thread.

lol XD

What time and weather settings for this!
cloudy and light rain ;)

as in all games and all racing games, all is not perfect ;)
FH3 clear weather is beautiful and some details have special touches like the big rock beside the sea or of the crocodile picture that are very clean, colorimetry is good, but the devil is in the details, the sky is a kind of embedded video in the 3D environment and not dynamic and volumetric things, no? but I think at night with rain in the city, to compare two open world, the last NFS remains technically more solid..

Playground is not part of a "white" line of code, and add some good touch to FH2 GG all for Screenshots

Have to say that Horizon looks great. Sadly I don't own a decent enough PC and can't find enough exclusives for me to get the XB1 which is a shame as yeah, that's one game I'd love. Will be interesting to see how GT:S on the PS4 stacks up against it, obviously still an advantage to the PS4 given the power and a track racer, not open world.
