Football would be better if there were 45 guys per team on field at once. Also Tennis is shit. Get some more dudes on court.

I wanna play mixed sextuples in Top Spin 2 because it sounds dirty.

Last I checked, the purpose of the Battlefield games is to simulate , y'know, a BATTLEFIELD. When warfare involves only 24 select folks in a single area of contention, lemme know! Until then, THE MORE THE BETTER. The 64-player experience of BF2 is amazing, and dropping down to 24 makes it seem more like a paintball match than a crazy-ass firefight in the middle of Karkand.

When i was in Iraq we had a 24 player limit on all our battles

but terrorists dont play by the rules...

Hell this game handles more players than BF2 360

Too bad it's barely playable above 24 players, doesn't have copters, has a consistent sub 30 framerate, doesn't look as good, has voice glitches, and various other problems. :lol

That was one of the things about BF on the PS2 that shocked me. The whole game was so bug free and smooth online. It was literally shocking to me that the game still got a lot of 7/8 scores. It had a smooth framerate, very rare lag, and no real bugs of any kind with 24 players in a match. Quite stunning for a PS2 game with so much going on at once.

Why the hell is the crate floating? Its even casting a shadow.

See the look on his face? That's him keeping that crate afloat with his psychic powers. He's still new to the technique so it's kinda hard for him.

I'd imagine 24 would be acceptable IF it was running P2P ala Halo2 but BF2:MC (X360) is running off dedicated servers. The game is already watered-down from the PC version, yet they had to also restrict online # of players.

No Airplanes
No Commander Role
No Good amount of players online
No Widely acclaimed Maps from PC BF2
Totally Unacceptable for a system that is suspose to easily handle the top-crop of PC titles. Shame on you Dice. :(

64 Person maps are a blast but if the maps in this game are relativley small, then 24 people fighting should be passible. It won't be anything like the mayhem of a 64 or even a 50 person map, were you can go in large squads and meet the enemy almost everywhere you turn.

That was the problem on the PS2 version w/ one of the maps. The stage, w/ the 2 tall buildings, bridge crossover & oil depots, was probably too large for the amount of players in the game. Sometimes you'll find yourself literally moving for times just looking for someone to kill. Which is probably why everyone wanted to be a sniper & hitch a ride on the helicopter so they can parchute to the building rooftops for max view & decent kill totals.

Some maps were fun, but these maps were also the ONLY ones the players in the lobby constantly choosed because it's the only maps that have worked well in the game. It eventually got boring playing the same 3 maps or so over and over again. I seriously was expecting a better BF2MC for the next-gen systems but this seems just like an upgrade in graphic textures only. Still may have hope for PS3 version.......
